Robert or the owner of this Guarantee Plumbing is the worst plumber I ever dealt with! Please read all of this Guarantee Plumbing's negative 1star reviews on his different Google websites with different phone numbers before calling him. First, he demanded me to pay in full UPFRONT before he starts the repair. Second, after getting paid in full, he immediately left my house and did NOT come back until the following afternoon. Furthermore, he also did NOT perform accordingly to his work proposal and estimate after getting paid in full upfront. His work was incomplete, unprofessional and unacceptable. Finally, he also did NOT come back or respond at all to my complaints or requests about his warranty. So please be aware and don't be another victim of Robert!

He came to fix an issue, Told him to look at my sink because it has been leaking. He (Robert) said he fixed the problem...he didn't because it's still leaking and on top of that he broke the stopper plug in My sink. I notified him about it, he said he would come fix it and he never did. He also has been dodging my calls. Unreliable and very unprofessional treatment to a senior citizen woman such as myself.

Robert was very professional and prompt. He did a great job fixing our two leaking faucets, one in the front yard and one in the backyard. He was reasonably priced and completed the job quickly. We highly recommend Robert and will be using him as our new plumber.

Had a mainline stoppage on Saturday morning. Called Robert at Guaranteed Plumbing, he told us the cost upfront and he could be here within an hour. He cleared the stoppage within 15 minutes of getting here and charged exactly what he said he would on the phone. Very courteous and efficient, would call him again without question.

Needed my shower cartridge looked at and fixed and this guy never showed up. I even called off work and missed a day of pay so I could be home for him to do the job. He doesnt answer the phone and he isn't licensed he works straight out of his car. He told me himself. Dont bother with this flake do yourself a favor and call a real plumber.

GREAT plumber and great service and GREAT price!...I am so happy I called this guy. he came, he did the job and he charges less than everyone else. He came within the hour that he promised (which was one hour from when I called)..I will keep his card forever and this will be the ONLY plumber I use from now on...FACT! Thank you!

Robert fixed my swamp cooler in a matter of minutes. He showed up on time, same day service. I will recommend him to others, and will definitely use him again.

Horrible! horrible!, says emergency plumbing, they charge u 99 dollars before they come just to say they can't fix anything before the morning before he even sees the problem. How is this company still in service??? I shoulda checked yelp before I called. Hope nobody else gets ripped off

Called on Friday and Robert said he would be at my house at 5pm. 5:45 I called him and he said he got his schedule mixed up and couldn't make it. So I rescheduled for Saturday at noon. Called at 12:30 Robert said he had an emergency call last night and couldn't make it. Most people in service would have called and given a heads up that the appointment that was made couldn't be meet. I would use him not recommend him. Robert has a rude tone to him like I was inconveniencing him when I called to ask where he was.

We called this plumber accidently thinking it was ""High Desert Plumbing"" that we used before. We found out that this is some guy who works out of his car. We refused to let him do the job because we needed a snake clean out and the snake he showed us did not even have the proper tip on it and he did not appear to be professional. He tried to get us to pay for his gas money to get to our house. We believe he is working without a contractors license. Beware!
