Had a mainline stoppage on Saturday morning. Called Robert at Guaranteed Plumbing, he told us the cost upfront and he could be here within an hour. He cleared the stoppage within 15 minutes of getting here and charged exactly what he said he would on the phone. Very courteous and efficient, would call him again without question.

Needed my shower cartridge looked at and fixed and this guy never showed up. I even called off work and missed a day of pay so I could be home for him to do the job. He doesnt answer the phone and he isn't licensed he works straight out of his car. He told me himself. Dont bother with this flake do yourself a favor and call a real plumber.

GREAT plumber and great service and GREAT price!...I am so happy I called this guy. he came, he did the job and he charges less than everyone else. He came within the hour that he promised (which was one hour from when I called)..I will keep his card forever and this will be the ONLY plumber I use from now on...FACT! Thank you!

Horrible! horrible!, says emergency plumbing, they charge u 99 dollars before they come just to say they can't fix anything before the morning before he even sees the problem. How is this company still in service??? I shoulda checked yelp before I called. Hope nobody else gets ripped off

Called on Friday and Robert said he would be at my house at 5pm. 5:45 I called him and he said he got his schedule mixed up and couldn't make it. So I rescheduled for Saturday at noon. Called at 12:30 Robert said he had an emergency call last night and couldn't make it. Most people in service would have called and given a heads up that the appointment that was made couldn't be meet. I would use him not recommend him. Robert has a rude tone to him like I was inconveniencing him when I called to ask where he was.

We called this plumber accidently thinking it was ""High Desert Plumbing"" that we used before. We found out that this is some guy who works out of his car. We refused to let him do the job because we needed a snake clean out and the snake he showed us did not even have the proper tip on it and he did not appear to be professional. He tried to get us to pay for his gas money to get to our house. We believe he is working without a contractors license. Beware!
His info comes up if you search for ""High Desert Plumbing"" but according to High Desert Plumbing (the licensed business we have used in the past); he is not affiliated with them in any way.

Guaranteed Plumbing is the best. Robert knows his business and is the greatest. I will always use him as my plumber. He is always available when you need him.

Just a warning about Guaranteed Plumbing 760-486-7806.

Needed my main line snaked, I had already pulled my toilet off.

Called Robert around 7pm, said he'd be there within the hour he showed up 45 minutes late.
He got his snake stuck in my main line and actually snapped his snake in two, after 30 minutes he got his snake out and told me it would be $85.

I only agreed to pay him since he said that he snaked 60-70ft and my septic tank was only 40ft from the toilet so he had to be in the tank. He stated that my main line wasn't clogged and that my drain field collapsed filling my septic tank with liquid instead of allowing it out the leech field.
The next day I dug my tank up and pulled the lid off THERE WAS A HUGE OBSTRUCTION AT THE END OF MY MAIN LINE. I called him to come out and snake it. He never showed up, so I snaked it myself.

I called and asked for a partial refund he agreed, I didn't want a full refund because I felt bad. This guy came out tried and broke his snake so I only wanted $60 back. He said ok I'll come over tomorrow and give it to you.

NO CALL NO SHOW.

I called him twice a day for a week and he finally picked up saying he doesn't have $60 and needs to make some money so he can pay me back. He was gonna call me when he had the money.

Now all my calls go directly to voice mail.

Robert, I gave you a chance to give me a partial refund, now I have to let others know what a shady business you run.

Robert has an attitude and is the WORST at customer service. I tried to ask him a simple question and he went on a very sarcastic tirade in response. There are plenty of plumbers in the world and I don't care how good he may THINK his work is, he is EXTREMELY unprofessional and rude to potential customers.
