The results of the work Guaranteed Plumbing performed have not met our expectations. I've been disappointed with the replacement equipment they used. Guaranteed Plumbing disagrees with my assessment. Must be one of the reasons we've never heard back from the main office. I'm considering having it redone on my dime. I personally wound't recommend Guaranteed Plumbing to friends and family.

I've got so many calls from the company + an apology from the Luis that i almost developed a 'Stockholm Syndrome'.
Ryan called and offered a free inspection on my repair ( it was done and no issues found), Marcus called to make sure that all is taking care of and then Luis called to personally apologize ( thats when my Stockholm Syndrome kicked in). I did not mean to cause any personal troubles to anyone especially during the holidays. GP did not charge me for the initial service although i told Ryan that this was not about $$ and i am totally fine if they do charge, but he insisted. Bottom line - based on the way that company handled my complaint i feel like it was just one minor misstep on their part and not a common practice.

I was really impressed with General Plumbing when they came out to diagnose a problem with our well pump. Made the appointment via Yelp, arrived on time, and the service team was polite, knowledgeable, and extremely helpful. I spent some time describing the problem and looking at the equipment with Chris (the technician). He made a thorough diagnosis within an hour and gave me good advice on how to address the problem (speciality electrical and well pump service). I've worked with a lot of plumbers on many different projects and this might have been my best experience ever. Well done GP. Would definitely use them again!

Patrick came out and quickly Diagnosed my problem with my plumbing in my house. We had hot water both in the cold and hot water faucets and Patrick was able to quickly identify the issue and correct. I'm very impressed with Patrick's knowledge and customer service and would highly recommend he and his company to others.

We hired guaranteed plumbing for a bathroom remodel in our Danville studio. Marcus and his team got me the quotes and finished the job at lighting speed!

They kept us in the loop as they discovered why the plumbing in our building is less than ideal and clearly laid out my options. Each person that came in to work on the project: flooring, tiling, grout, plumbing were are professional and a joy to have in the studio while they were working. The bathroom looks absolutely gorgeous we couldn't be happier. We will definitely hire Guaranteed Plumbing again for any future projects!

I was selling my dads condo and needed plumbing work done ASAP to close escrow. Ryan gave me a two quotes for work depending on how much I wanted done, from a picture I texted him. He sent a technician the next day and it was completed and I didn't even need to be there. He Emailed the bill after completed. They will always be my Plumbers!

This is a review long time coming, as I've been working with Guaranteed Plumbing for at least the last 10 years.

As a General Contractor, I have a HUGE responsibility to my clients in terms of the performance of my subcontractors, and not ONCE has Marcus and his team come up short.

We've done around 50 residential and commercial projects, both large and tiny, and his team gives the same attention to detail to both. Proposals are concise, and clearly outline deliverables.

If you are looking for the cheapest plumber around, these probably aren't your guys and gals. But if you want an existing problem solved, or a new construction project completed quickly and cleanly without issue, failed inspections, attitude or excuses, sign them up.

I really can't say enough great things about Marcus and his team. He really qualifies for a 6th star!
