Such a professional company! I called numerous other companies for estimates to fix a small leak in my front bathroom, but after talking to these guys the price didn't even matter. They were responsive, quick, and clearly knew what they were talking about. And after all that, the price was great too! The work was finished within one business day and I haven't had any issues since! I wouldn't hesitate to use these guys again. Highly recommend!

Finding a good plumber or a good electrician or a good roofer is always exhausting BUT yelp helped me find Guaranteed Plumbing. Sam called, arrrived when he said he would, was very courteous, professional and informed me of their rate schedule right up front. After that I had him look at all three toilets. He found minor fixes in two and had to change a valve in the third. His work was fast, clean and efficient. I was so pleased with their service I would recommend them to everyone!!!

We decided to put in a steam shower & remodel that bathroom & called Guaranteed Plumbing. The owner of the company hooked us up with other contractors to tackle this job.....that was such a blessing & they were all wonderful! We needed a toilet installed quickly so the shower door measurement could take place & the owner, himself, came out & spent over 2 hours making that happen at no charge! Wow! Marcus & his employees are extremely knowledgable, friendly, courteous & willing to do whatever it takes to make the finished product perfect! We are EXTREMELY happy with their work & our steam shower bathroom!

Great experience. I had a BBQ not work and a BBQ repair man told me it was my line that was severely compromised. We had a party planned for the weekend and were so upset about a likely huge expense and no BBQ. I called Guaranteed after hours and they called me back the next morning at 8AM and had someone out that afternoon! Damien was awesome!!! Apparently we were morons that were turning the wrong gas switch and he had everything up and running in no time, including tips on fixing problems in the future. I would 100% recoemmend them and use them again!

Service was better than expected. Not only did Chris install an automatic gas shut off valve in less then 45 minutes and providing detail instruction of operation and pilot light lighting tricks but he also provided feedback regarding tank vs tankless water heaters and even current air condition status as inquired. I would have no problem choosing these contractors again if more plumbing/gas service is needed.

Worked with Guaranteed on two recent projects and won't hesitate to call them again for future plumbing and gas work. The first project was replacement of a water heater with a tankless/hybrid and the second was a master bathroom remodel. Both times I was impressed with their workmanship and commitment to get the job done right even if it took them extra time. First, we called to schedule an appointment for the technician to come out for an estimate. The technician did not show and didn't even bother to call and cancel or reschedule. We decided to give him a second chance and called to reschedule.

The service technician came out and spent nearly a hour looking around and spoke with me about options and the potential costs for replacing the pipes. I thought he was informative and honest. He said he would get back to me the following business day regarding the total costs for replacing the pipes. I waited and waited for an entire week and still no word from this guy. I decided to contact him. He responded and said that he would email me the estimates right away. I still haven't received the estimate. I don't know why I even bother to follow-up with him given his responsiveness was poor. I am thankful that I didn't end up using him. If you need someone reliable, this isn't the company to use.

Our new house is a flip, and while it is beautiful, the contractor left quite a few things undone. We needed a new water heater (parts were falling off the old one) and some other items. The office was courteous and responsive, Chris was pleasant, professional and efficient, and his work is so beautifully done that my husband likes to show it to his friends!
