We have worked with Guaranteed Plumbing for nearly 20 years. They have provided reliable service on everything from converting our wood burning fireplaces to natural gas, replacing old water-wasting toilets, to emergency repairs when a cartridge blew in one of our showers. In every instance, the service techicians showed up when they said they would, were technically competent, and respectful of our home. And while we didn't aggressively price shop, it always seemed to us that the price charged was fair for the quality provided.

My hot water heater went out on a Thursday evening, Friday afternoon I called Guaranteed Plumbing for a quote. They gave me an accurate quote over the phone after sending pics of the hot water heater. I told them I needed it done asap so Paul pulled 2 guys off a non emergency call and they were there within 30 minutes with a new heater. Juan did a fantastic job hooking it all up. His helper also did a great job. They were done in about 2 1/2 hours. Great customer service, talented employees and one happen customer!!! Thank you Guaranteed Plumbing!!

Eleven days with a main line back up and two plumbers later, we were referred to Guaranteed Plumbing. Gary arrived within 24 hours of my call. He identified the problem in 10 minutes. He came back the next morning with parts and fixed the problem in no time. He then ran water down every drain and ran both the washing machine and dishwasher to make sure everything was functioning properly. Very professional, the cost was reasonabe, and he explained everything he was doing along the way. The office staff was also great and I highly recommend this business!

We were in disaster mode recently on a Sunday afternoon - toilet flooded, yuck all over the bathroom floor and the shower floor in that same room flooded, too. Gross and we did not have the ability to snake the drain, etc. All three toilets and showers could not be used. Early Monday morning I called our valued plumber - Guaranteed Plumbing, Danville, CA. Immediacy was of deep concern and fortunately it appeared this company holds some appointments on Monday for just these types of weekend emergencies. From the sincere receptionist and the scheduler, within three hours, Ben, from Guaranteed Plumbing, met with my husband and helped solve the issue by using a tool that unplugged our main line. What a wonderful relief. My husband requested that I write a review, as Ben was outstanding, friendly and very respectful of our property. He fixed the issue and we were back in business by noon. The household luxuries we take for granted! Fortunately, Guaranteed Plumbing understands how critical it is to solve plumbing issues, such as these, as quickly and efficiently as possible. As a followup to the main line that is full of tree roots, we have scheduled Ben out again to scope using a camera in the line to investigate just how blocked our main line is compromised. ABSOLUTELY the BEST of the BEST!!! My clients needed a seismic shutoff value installed on their gas meter and I just happened to be driving right behind a Guaranteed Plumbing truck .. So, I had Siri dial their number I spoke to Paul who knew exactly what I needed .. Paul got us on the calendar right away and scheduled Jon for the job .. I didn't know what size the gas meter was but Jon was so prepared that he had all the sizes in his truck including the right one!!! Jon was so professional and extremely knowledgable!!! He clearly explained what he was going to do and how long it was going to take .. After Jon was done with the install, he explained how the red bulb works and how to reset it after a big earthquake .. Then, he relit the water heater and made sure everything was working before he left .. I love AMAZING customer service!!! I'm a luxury real estate agent so I've worked with the best of the best and Jon is definitely the BEST of the BEST!!!

Our half bath toilet next to laundry room overflowed after doing a wash. Called on Sunday, left a message and had a return call first thing on Monday. Plumber came out Monday afternoon and snaked the line to clear the obstruction. Price was very reasonable and Gary did a great job. Also replaced drain lines under kitchen sink which had a small leak.
If and when I need a plumber this is the company I will call.
