I called Luis again to replace a kitchen disposer because the kitchen sink was completely clogged. When I contacted Luis, he tried to come the same day, but I asked him to come the next day instead. He arrived at 8 AM sharp as promised and started working on it. He brought a top-of-the-line American Standard disposer. I quickly checked the price online and found that Costco had it on sale for almost half the price he had paid from another supplier. Luis immediately took a picture of the website and negotiated with the supplier to get a drastic discount for me. Nice!

After that, he showed me the problem with the drain pipe connection that the previous plumber had created. He disappeared for a while to get the necessary parts, and later I learned he went to both Lowe's and Home Depot to get the required connection pipes. He fixed the unexpected problem and installed the disposer nicely. He is a real professional. What I like about his work is that he cleaned up the area he worked in. He told me he treats it as if it were his own home. The price was reasonable and less than the original quote, as he negotiated down the disposer price, ensuring he would get his refund from his supplier. Luis (I believe that was the name of the plumber who did the work) did an excellent job. He managed to maintain the same size hole to do the work, so I wouldn't have to get the huge oval wall kit to cover a
potentially large hole. The job took much less time than anticipated. I will definitely use GTZ Plumbing again for any future plumbing issues.

I'm Very Grateful for their fast respond and honest work. If it wasn't for Luis, I could have end up paying for the expensive plumbing work which I was told by another plumbing company.... Anyway, they're friendly, professionaly amd trustworthy. I'm truly glad I call them. Now, I know who I should call for all plumbing service from now on.
