WOW! Fixed our flooding issue with a phone call.

Our showers, toilets & bathtubs on the first floor were all backing up and starting to flood. The owner, Sharon, answered the phone & kept our house from flooding by telling me to open the overflow in the front yard.

Lloyd, master plumber, called a few minutes later kept the repair at no cost by having us check the second overflow by the street. When the second overflow was also full of toilet paper he told us we could call the city as it was 'past the city tap' and the city would take care of it. City came out within an hour and fixed it.

The many many other plumbing companies I reached out to or called while in a panic either didn't answer or told us nothing to keep the flooding from happening while telling us they have to see who they can get to come out.

So so so grateful for GTX Plumbing keeping our house from flooding & making a seemingly huge issue to us he just a small blip in our already overloaded lives. Thank you again!! Prayerfully we won't need them again but if we do they will be the ones we call!!

Came home to find a bedroom ceiling leaking. GTX Plumbing was recommended on a neighborhood site called on Memorial Day and they answered the phone and provided step by step instructions on how to fix the issue. First I'm amazed that a person answered the phone on a holiday and second was so thankful for their kindness and patience as they walked us through instructions on the call. Would highly recommend this company and plan to use them if we have any other issue.

GTX was awesome!!! During the hard freeze at Christmas 2022, they were able to get techs to our property within 24 hours, handled our busted pipe like the pros they are, and the invoice was a lot more reasonable than expected given how slammed all plumbers were at the time.

I'll call them again in a heartbeat!!!

First time using GTX Plumbing. They came out today to check a pressure issue as well as to replace the flapper on a toilet. Immediately after the techs (Trent, and we didn't catch the other gentleman's name, but both were very courteous and professional) completed the job, we left the premises, and when we returned we realized the toilet was running. I called GTX, and explained that it was running and that the flapper installed wasn't the correct fit. I sent a photo and video, and it turns out this toilet is a bit atypical and uses a specific type of flap. They sent someone back before the end of the business day (Cameron, very nice and professional), and the issue was resolved. We also received a follow-up call from the owner. All in all, every team member of GTX we dealt with was great. We will definitely call them for future issues, and I'd highly recommend them.

GTX Plumbing has come my house several times. They finally gave me honest advice. My toilets are 26 years old and I need news ones. They recommended the brand and they installed both of them. I have never had to call them again. They are honest.

I called and spoke to someone about our home plumbing issue about a month ago. I was told that the call would be forwarded to the master plumber and I would receive a call back.

I never received any call back so I can't attest to their service. However, there should've been some common courtesy to follow up.

I ended up using another company with stellar results.

I called at 3pm on a Friday and they were at my house by 4pm. Lee was professional and kind. He and his apprentice quickly found the issue and had it fixed very quickly. The end cost was actually less than originally quoted. This company and Lee as their representative are fully trustworthy. I would absolutely recommend them to everyone.

Had a new whole house Atlas 3 stage filter system installed. The system is awesome, water tastes great - would highly recommend. Working with GTX was great, installation was smooth and looks great, tech cleaned up site. Will definitely use again for any plumbing work that I need done.

Had water coming thru the kitchen ceiling late at night. The AC drain drains thru this sink and was backed up. GTX was very responsive and helpful. Replaced the H+ C valves under the sink, cleared the line and Ptrap.

I called on a Friday afternoon about a kitchen faucet replacement. Sharon, the owner, connected me with Lloyd, their master plumber, to ensure the replacement faucet I had purchased would work. It wouldn't work, so Lloyd went online and sent me pics of a couple of options. I was able to get the new faucet shipped over the weekend, and Anthony was here first thing on Monday morning to replace the faucet. What great service!
