I have been having a plumbing issue for over a month. It was recommended to me that my line be hydrojetted for $600. David showed up and fixed the problem for the price of a normal service call. He is a very experienced and honest plumber that went the extra mile. I highly recommend the company.

Got Dave's info from our realtor nearly two years ago and used his services for an inspection when we bought the house (hydrojetted roots in our main line) and then again just this week for a drain issue with our washer. We got an appt the next day and he fixed our issue very quickly and price was reasonable.

Came to fix the toilet, but two flushes later it was broken again. Called many times for him to come back and fix it but never returned our call. Finally two weeks later, gets back to us and says they will come and gives a time. Never shows up. Would not recommend this business at all- horrible communication and now will have to hire a new plumber to fix it again.

I'm president of our HOA and rely on Dave and GT Rooter for so much work. Our 50+ year old construction requires regular hydrojetting and we have begun replacing sections of our sewer lines.

Dave's team always does a great job, charges a fair price (the board is required to check), and is honest with the work that must be done, keeping our projects under budget.

I wouldn't call any other rooter service.

I hired GT Rooter to install a natural gas line for a new outdoor fire-pit. After receiving 3 horribly high quotes, I was referred to GT by a construction friend. Their quote was so reasonable and they helped reassure me that everything was going to be all-right with installation and city inspection. They came back to also hook up the final gas line to the fire pit when delivered. They were friendly, knowledgeable and patient. I feel so lucky to have finally met a plumbing/gas company that I trust to do any additional work I may have.

Dave has been our plumber since we purchased our home 3 years ago and he is very honest and gives reasonable quotes. He was late once, but I attribute that to his wanting to do a thorough job. I wouldn't want a rush job on my plumbing so I don't expect him to do that to anyone else! He gives great advice to this newbie homeowner and always does so with a smile. Thanks Dave!

We have use GT Rooter for years! Like nearly two decades and they have always responded to us quickly. Not just same day but GT Rooter calls us back within an hour and are usually on site with us within two hours. There's no four ""hour window"" like with other repair people. They fix our plumbing problems quickly and completely the first time, and at very reasonable rates! We have several older apartment buildings and use only GT Rooter for all of our plumbing needs, including our personal residence.

I was referred to this company by a local real estate agent. I called and got an appt pretty quick for a minor plumbing issue. A half hr past the appt window, I called to ask if they were still coming out. A call back said they were running late. In the end, they were 1.5+ hours late. They fixed the problem and were done in 30 minutes. The guy was really helpful in explaining things, but I feel disrespected when someone keeps me waiting for so long without a phone call and the estimated arrival time. I expected excellent service from a real estate agent referral.
