I had them here to do some plumbing and heating services. Both techs did very well. They explained what was needed and what to expect. Very pleased. They were fair with me regarding the billing as well. I would definitely recommend!

We had basement flooding as tree roots were getting in the way, everytime we flushed it just backed up into the basement. The person who came out to do the service had to go back to New Ulm as the piece he needed was broken and needed to get a replacement before he could start. When the bill came we were billed for 2 house calls per his own mistake.

Not good. Hired them to install a new garbage disposal & redo the plumping under the kitchen sink. They did not sell one we wanted & they were way overpriced so we bought one elsewhere. They put it in & did not install the new sink flange that came with the unit we purchased & instead left the old corroded one in place. Then they had the audacity to take the new one with them. Then when questioned about it they lied & said the new unit didnt have one. Problem is we had looked at it before they came. It was attached to it & they actually had to take it apart before they installed the disposal. This actually happened a few years ago but I get just as upset every time I look at the old corroded one. Had they at least left it, we would have hired a reputable company to redo it. On top of all of this they charged a ridiculous amount on the bill. Stay away & find anyone else.
