As a brand new homeowner in a brand new city, I was a bit nervous of finding a plumber I could trust. I gave a couple highly rated yelp plumbers a try, but they never responded - which worked out ultimately in my favor because I ended up finding George! He responded quickly and then was more than willing to communicate with texts (which I prefer!). He's very fair and honest and I really appreciate that he walks me through everything he's done as well as giving me some advice on how I can ensure I am a responsible homeowner (unlike the people who previously owned my place!!) He'll go above and beyond, which is why I plan on keeping his number in my phone to call (err, probably text) him again once I have (yet another) plumbing issue! I only hope I find other tradesmen as great and fair as he is to help me along on my home-ownership ""adventure""! Highly recommended!

I cannot say enough good things about George. He was friendly, personable, knowledgeable and really willing to work with our schedule. As new homeowners it was really nice to get advice on things we should fix and things we really do not need to fix yet.

I have to say, George went above and beyond. I would recommend GS Pro to anyone (I already have).

George came on short notice to replace a couple of stripped shut-off valves after a kitchen sink issue spiraled out of my home repair comfort zone. I ended up having him install a new faucet for me too because his prices were much less than I expected. He then proceeded to follow me around the house and answer my 50 other random plumbing questions about my hot water heater, re-circulation line, sprinkler system and water filters for no extra cost. I especially appreciated the availability of appointments outside of bankers' hours. I will definitely use these guys again.
