I blame the realtor for hiring this company in the first place, he should have known better. My husband and I went under contract to purchase a condo that had some plumbing issues and the realtor chose this guy to do the repairs. There were two toilets that were loosely attached to the floor and a shower knob that wasn't working properly. GS Jenkins Plumbing came out to do the repairs. The toilets work and are secure to the floor but he didn't clean up after himself and left residue from the wax ring on both bathroom floors net proceeded to track said wax onto the brand new carpet. On top of leaving a mess for me to clean up, he either didn't know how to fix the shower or he didn't want to do the job because he didn't do it and when I reported it to the realtor that it wasn't fixed he said that there wasn't anything wrong with it. If my husband, who isn't a plumber can fix it, I would expect an actual plumber to be able to.

My ""contractor"" had GS Jenkins Plumbing come out to connect the water lines to a new tub we had to install. They sent their youngest son to do the job. He was confident enough, but that didn't make up for the way he carried out the task of installing the tub. After a 2nd day to complete the work, together we checked the install and we tested the water for hot and cold and drainage. All was fine.

It wasn't until we took showers that we noticed walking in the tub to shower was creaking and squeaking with every step. There were places where the tub floor flexed. After trying it out for a couple of days and it not getting better, I called the company. Spoke to Greg Jenkins the owner. He assured me nothing was wrong and he has installed hundreds of tubs and they all squeak. Told me to call him in a week and he would come out.

A week later I called and Greg scheduled another week out. At the appointed time, no one showed, so I called Greg. Said he couldn't come out due to him just getting back in town. He sent his son Tyler that day. I demonstrated the creaking to Tyler and he said it was not an installation nor structural problem. It's just that tubs squeak. Said his squeaks, as if that is to make me feel better. Bottom line, he had no suggestions no recourse and left.

This company is horrible at their profession and do not take responsibility for their work. Beware!

Had a new sewer line run, Not Happy. Destroyed my irrigation system and covered it up. No call so it could be repaired while open. Just burried the damage and when we turned it on about a month later the yard flooded and the system is now full of mud. Called Mr Jenkins and he said he wished he had called but didn't. No offer from him to fix the system. He was paid promptly so my only recourse will be to take him to court.
