Gene and his crew are simply awesome. I live in an older home with quite a few issues so we've dealt with GS a few times in the last year. Gene does quality work and wonderful at communicating quickly. He is fair, upfront, professional, and knowledgable. We've had him replace our entire kitchen sink, running toilets, outside leaks, and much more. Months later, everything is running great. And its a plus that he is not scared off by my hyper dogs!

Yep, all the other reviews are spot on. First plumber I've ever called in the area and will never call a different one.

Not only did Robert and Antonio show up right on time, they also made sure I didn't worry and rush as I was running a bit late. Honestly these guys are like the Seal Team 6 of plumbing...in and out super fast, and the bathroom seriously looked cleaner then when they had first arrived. Gene even came by to make sure I was happy with the work. Super cool guys and 100% professional. If more companies had this level of quality and pride in their work, we'd all be a lot happier. They could have charged me double what they did and I still would've felt it was a fair price for the job done.

Thanks gentlemen! Will be recommending GS to my friends and family from now on.

We had a fantastic experience with Gene and his crew!! My husband and I wanted to convert our laundry room into a bathroom/shower and relocate all our washer/dryer plumbing to a separate area. Gene and his team did an excellent job with all of the work it entailed!!! They were remarkable efficient, hardworking and detail-oriented. They went above and beyond the routine service, even fixing some existing issues such as loose piping in the home. We couldn't be happier with their work! Throughout it all, Gene and his team were courteous and friendly at all times... 5 stars all the way!

Gene and Robert are that rare find for homeowners: trustworthy, dependable and knowledgable service professionals whom you can rely on time after time after time. I have used GS Custom Plumbing twice now and both times they immediately found the problem within minutes of seeing my plumbing issues. The first time I used them I had been quoted 1200.00 from Michael's Valley Plumbing and when I got a second opinion from Gene, he told me it would only be 300.00. He fixed it and there has been no problems for over 6 months. The 2nd time I used them I had an emergency and Gene and his team were at my house within 30 minutes. They immediately figured out the issue and took care of the problem. They are honest and do amazing work. I would highly recommend them to all of my friends.

We had a major plumbing emergency. The water was coming out of our floors in our bathrooms. We called Gene on a weekend and within 15 minutes he was in our house and 15 minutes later our problem was taken care of.
