When the boiler that came with my new house was deemed dangerous and red tagged (right at the beginning of winter). Gus came through for me with a reasonable price and exceptional and timely service. Gus explained everything about the entire hydronic system and what would need to be done to replace the boiler. He was very professional and friendly as well as empathetic to my situation, i.e. not trying to rip me off. He is also a man of his word and after we shook hands he delivered on all his promises exactly when he said he would do them. He arrived early with his crew and began the removal and installation process. When he was done you couldn't even tell there was an entire crew down in the boiler room cutting and soldering pipes, and removing crud and cat litter (yes cat litter, previous owner was a shyster). They cleaned up everything. As for the equipment he installed he went through every inch of the new boiler, including all the electrical work, and it works perfectly. If I would have known Gus in November when I first moved in I would have contracted him then and there to replace the boiler.

Gus was prompt and reliable. While every other company wanted me to spend 6k to replace my boiler, gus refurbished it at a fraction of the price. He doesn't try to upsell you. He also does my maintenance on my investment properties in the Pa area. I can trust not being there and he will not try to rip me off. Thank you gus.
