Outstanding work by Grunwald! We had a huge issue with broken/leaking ductwork in our attic causing lack of proper airflow and moisture from our HVAC. Jayme came within a hour after I called, he assessed our issues, and recommended plans in great detail to fix our problems and make it right. Jayme and the his Team did an outstanding job: they were on-time, very clean, and very professional. We have piece of mind knowing that our HVAC system will now work as designed. They have our business and our referral going forward.

Like Zero this morn & guess what, Old Bertha my 60 year old Hot Water Boiler decided she wasn't going to get all hot a bothered this morn & that left us Cold!

Spent 2 hours trying to find a Boiler Repair service in Omaha on line & Ph. and after being turned down by Mike Jardee Boiler service because I just happened to have my own replacement parts, [ just In case, after all it's Omaha] got connected w Janet at Grunwald, who BTW, is one of the few HAVC companies that do Domestic Boiler service here in the Heartland. Needless to say, I wasn't the only one in the Cold this morn but she said she'd give it a try & see if any of the techs could fit us in. Said she'd call in about an hour & low & behold, she did & she said Steve could be out in about an hour or less!! YEAH!!! BURR!!

So Steve shows up early, figures out the problem in 2 minutes & luckily because I keep double supplies of critical parts on hand, he changes the BASO switch in about 10 minutes & voila, it's now 70 in the Old Wisteria Manor!!

Great no BS people at Grunwald!!
