Justin was our guy, and he was phenomenal! He took extra time to really familiarize me with what I had going on for plumbing/HVAC stuff. Just bought a house a week ago, so it's a bit overwhelming. Rather than selling me on things I didn't need like another company we had come out, he was honest and really informative. Our home inspector told us we needed a new water heater (bought a foreclosure and this was the worst thing we had to deal with), so we were prepared for about $1000-1500 depending on who we went with. The first company that came out wanted to charge us over $3400 for a water heater and over $8000 for tankless. Poor Justin was thrown for quite a loop when I told him about that! And the tech didn't even look at the water heater to determine if we actually needed one, didn't even try to get it to work. Justin, on the other hand, took maybe 15 minutes of checking things out and then got us back in business. Highly recommend this company and Justin especially. FANTASTIC!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
