I dealt with groves plumbing for the first time today...I found Mr groves to be very pleasant,knowledgeable etc...will be calling him again in the next 4 days for a different plumbing issue...I found him to be not just a good plumber but a good person as well.

Groves gave me written wuote for replacing tub and shower valve, raising shower line, moving one sink drain and inlets and installing new sink drain and inlet. Wehen we confirmed day before work was to commence, I offered to get him some youthful strong help as I knew someone eager to learn. Groves declined. When he showed up, he didn't remember the extent of the work or his quote. I showed him his written quote, on his company's invoice sheet, and told me he didnt write that, that I must have him confused with someone else. He said he was too old for this kind of work. Then he started in on politics and told me """"God hates liberals"""" and it's in the Bible! Stay away from this crank. Wasted my entire day that I took off work!
