I went to Grover's this morning to buy a new garbage disposal replacing one from two years ago. I started off, disappointed that I was replacing a product so new but after speaking with Grovers, I was encouraged to use a tool to hand crank the motor and dislodge the problem and clean it out, which I did after going home. It worked! Very grateful to the service at Grovers for Helping me fix a problem rather than selling me a whole new product

Saturday February 19th I went to the Nampa Idaho Grover's. I was looking for a new Pressure tank for my water system. Upon entering an older gentleman helped me, I explained what I was trying to accomplish, and we started discussing my options he stated that i would be better off installing a larger tank but the one he had was too tall and the other to big, so he then suggested installing two of the sized tanks I already had. He set me up with all the necessary parts i needed to accomplish my goal. Went back home and we installed the two tanks and system works perfectly.

I just built a new home on 2 acres with a large shop. Came in for tons of electrical parts, 4 farm house sinks, 40-50 sprinkler heads and supplies and Tons of other stuff!!!
Ended up watching the 2 overweight guys and overweight girl mock me and giggle!!!
Bad business, bad customer service!!!
Ended up spending over $6500 @ lowes, $4200 @ home depot then subbing almost $10k to an electrical contractor!!!!!
Big lose bums!!!!

I got a residential irrigation water filter assembly and some expert help. No similar results found at Lowe's or Pipeco prior to going to the Grover's store in Nampa. Grover's carries both electrical and plumbing supplies and fixtures.

Went to Grover's because their supposed to be the experts. Several months ago went in to buy conduit for shop I'm building. Told the salesman that I was putting in 100 amp service. He told me that 1 1/2 would be more that adequate. Purchased 1 1/2, installed it had it inspected and buried it. Today went back in to buy my wire. Rick sold me 57' of 1/0 1/0-2 aluminum wire. After he cut it and handed it to me he said ""you are putting that in 2"" conduit right"". NO, Grover told me that 1 1/2 was more than adequate. He was not very friendly and looked at me like I was an idiot. I explained to him that I came to Grover and asked the ""experts"" what size conduit before I started because I ran the conduit up through the stem wall so it wouldn't show. He said he didn't think I would be allowed to do that because the fire department wouldn't be able to see where the service entered the shop. I told him the the state inspector signed off and said it was fine. Came home and looked at the NEC conduit fill table and 1 1/2 is more than enough. I might as well go to the big box store. At least they don't claim to be experts and give false info!

Excellent customer service! Knowledgeable, and really knew what we needed. I will be turning to them more often and not so much the big box stores with folks than need jobs more than they have knowledge.

Grover's is great for those hard to find items. Whenever I can't find it at the big box stores I come to Grover's and they always have it. Good service too. People know what they're talking about.

Bert was there to help From the minute I walked through the door. I explained what I was trying to do and he not only offered an answer but came up with an alternate way to get the job done.
The job turned out perfect and I'm very happy!

Super friendly, and helpful staff. You barely get 2 steps in the door before getting asked if you need help. Very clean, and neat isles, and displays. It is the place to go to for electrical, plumbing supplies.
