For the most part, I like the place. Great selection of plumbing and electrical items.
Just make sure you get the right part, because if you want to return anything, it's a difficult thing to do. After 30 questions and paperwork. You may get to return it .
This is not Amazon!

75 and in poor health, I tired myself out trying to repair our 50 yr. old toilet. weak and tired and only one bathroom in the house I ended up at Grover plumbing. I was running on fumes. Roy the salesman saw that and, thank God, by that night we had a working toilet.
Thank you Roy and Grover's for going way beyond the norm and blessing this elderly couple.

Frustrated as I was up sold to a nice water filter system for my cold plunge. Item broke right outside of the warranty and would not be honored. I get it, as a date is a date. However; when your up sell into something with more quality, you expect it to work. I just bought new filters and o-rings for the housing, so now they got me twice on the more expensive housing.

My husband and I went into your store looking for sprinkler parts and was treated horribly by one of your employees who works at the counter where you take the ticket. He could barely contain his contempt for us. He actually walked away three times while we asked questions. I did NOT want to have to get another number so I chased him down...three times. I have never been treated so badly...ever!! Your employee is running customers away.

I finally realized you're not saving money to go to the big box stores for plumbing or electrical. The folks that work at Grover's know their stuff and have always been eager to help me. Go there you won't be disappointed!!!!

Inside out: I love this location, the inside and outside of the store are more practical than fancy which is exactly what you want. The inside of the store is well organized and I've never seen it dirty enough to notice.

Service: this is why I come here, I may not be a plumber or know much about anything for home repair but I am poor and I do have to do it myself a lot. I have never had someone treat me like an idiot for not knowing some thing, everyone has patiently explained it to me and even encouraged me to try it on my own. I think the vibe I have gotten from every person I've interacted with there is ""thrilled I'm trying"" which I need that kind of encouragement when I'm doing some thing like plumbing. My husband and I needed to replace our garbage disposal and I don't think we had a single hitch because they explained everything thoroughly the first time, they took us around and showed us every part we would need, they explained everything that could happen and how to troubleshoot it. Maybe not everyone needs that kind of advice but I loved it, a perfect pairing for university of YouTube.

This place is great! After grabbing what I thought I needed at 'a large home improvement store' for installing a double sink vanity w/ single outlet and discovering I didn't get the right items after all I went here with the idea that ""I want to talk to someone who actually knows about plumbing"". Couldn't be more pleased, I came in with the schematic and some measurements, me and my helper threw around some ideas and pros/cons, we decided on the set-up and then we walked back to the equipment and he grabbed what I needed. Then as a bonus he laid it out on the counter which was very helpful.

Prices were totally reasonable. Great business model!

The people at this store are very helpful. There is also a good selection of products. I bought too many sprinkler line fittings and they refunded my purchase price with no quibbling when I returned them the following week.
