If I could give them 0 stars I would I called during the week told them my hot water heater lights but it won't stay lit. They came out was in there for a hour fixing it finally I walked in and the tech said I think I broke something I smell gas, he calls his boss who proceeds to tell me it was ready to break and I need a new hot water heater. I argued with them they left than called me back saying they were coming back out to see what they could do. He than says he replaced the thermocouple, and he was fixing the pipe he cracked (he admitted to this numerous times) they called that following Monday asking if they could come out that afternoon I said no I work till 5:00 he than quickly and rudely says I don't work evenings I said I knew that already (mind u this whole times he's been rude every Comtact I had with him not even a my condolences on my grandmother passing who was a long time customer of his) I asked if they could come Friday after lunch that I get off at 11:30 he said that's fine, we'll come Friday 7:50 am he calls and ask if I'm home I said no I'm at work he said well u told me to be there at 8 I said I definitely would not have I don't get off till 11:30 he than said something smart and basically told me again I broke the pipe cux I had the control knob turned off I told him the pioliy wouldn't stay lit and it says to turn it off and call your plumber so that's what I did. They then come out at 12 needless to say than tells me it's the control knob and I need a new heater I told them to leave my house which they did and thanni called blue dot, where the Tech comes out tells me my water heater is leaking water and takes his finger and shoes me where it's leaking he than tuned the water off to the unit and said if it had been fixed it would have eventually busted and I would have had my whole house filled with water. Thank god for blue dot they're professional from the phone call to coming to your house. They saved me 300 bucks also with my new heater.....and will be installed Tuesday morning (only because that's the day I'm avalaible) never use groves they are unprofessional rude and will break your stuff and blame it on u. Needless to say I didn't pay them for anything I told them the 200 they wanted should have wen to a new water heater pretty sure they didn't want to deal with me anymore than I wanted to deal with them lol cuz as ignorant as they was to me they got it right back after telling me I broke it before they came and turned the gas off smh ? I did what I said in the water heater when something isn't working..!!!!

I've dealt with a lot of contractors over the years and have used Grove every now and again for the last 20 years or so - I've always been pleased with their work and their fair costs. I would recommend them without hesitation.

We have used Grove for over 50 years and have never had a problem. Can't tell you how many times I've called and they've sent someone to the house within 24 hours. The service techs have been polite and professional. I've never felt they have overcharged for services rendered.

Bought a condo in Mays Chapel, but the home inspection didn't reveal several significant plumbing issues that required correction. My brother had used Grove several times and was quite pleased with their work so I made contact with them and scheduled the job.

Besides being fast, efficient, clean, and total professionals, the 2 guys from Grove left 4 different rooms like they hadn't even been there! AAA service and I will be using and recommending Grove as my plumber from now on.

Would have given them 0 stars. Hot water heater died on Friday. I cleaned the water and contained the leak. Called Grove Plumbing Friday and they said they could have someone here Monday morning. Monday comes, I call them and they say Thursday or Friday. No patience for that. Do not call them!!!!

Schiesters! They will try to charge you for services they didnt do. Then they will try to circumvent talking to the homeowner by trying to get the money from the pregnany spouse. And all because the plumber didnt feel like dealing with the problem due to snow flurries. Cost us more money by telling us it was our septic when it was not. We had another plumber come out that day and actually handle their business.
