We have been using Grounds Pro for the past 4 years and could not be happier with their service. We have a 10 zone sprinkler system which we had no idea how to work or maintain when we bought our property over 4 years ago. Grounds Pro sent a crew out to inspect the system (we have a well for our sprinkler system) and ""educate us"" on the system. The gentlemen who are the face of Grounds Pro could not be nicer, patient or more knowledgeable. The crew just left this morning after getting our system up and running for the '23 season after being winterized (they do that too). At the end of last season we were having problems with a zone that was ""pulsing"". They promised to address at reopening, which they did. These workers spend a couple of hours working on getting our pump primed and checking all zones. They did not leave until everything was is perfect working order!!! I can't say enough good things about them.
Thank you, thank you, thank you!! Also the lady that answers the office phones is the sweetest.
** If you have a sprinkler system and want a reliable company taking care of you, call Grounds Pro, they will treat you like family.

The team at Ground Pros were amazing. From the time I started communicating with them they were responsive and willing to work with me and my budget. I used them to clear a lot that was massively overgrown and to turn it into a beautiful yard my kids love playing on. I couldn't recommend more highly. If you have yard work needs in OBX, use Ground Pros.

The Ground Pros provide landscaping services to our community association in Corolla NC and have done so for several years. They also provide services to us as homeowners. Their maintenance and planting services have been outstanding. In spite of the harsh environment on the OBX punctuated by North Easters, periodic droughts, etc. they have kept our landscaping looking great. Absolutely hands down the BEST! I've used numerous landscaping services in my years and Ground Pros is #1. No contest. Smart, reliable and reasonable. I don't hesitate to call them for my irrigation, bed planting, mulching or any outdoor project to beautify my OBX home. Called and asked if they serviced Corolla and was told yes. I had a rep come to our house and spend at least 40 minutes discussing a plan, costs and timing. I was then sent an email telling me they could not do the job since they don't have enough business in Corolla to come for the day. Irresponsible to waste our time and extremely unprofessional. The guy didn't seem to care.
