The owner and staff at this company are amazing! Even when it wasn't possible to be at our home in person, Shelton walked us through some plumbing repairs in our time of need and helped us fix our problem with ease. These guys are knowledgeable, professional and courteous all while giving great quality craftsmanship in their work. Anytime someone is looking for a plumbing company for a job big or small this is the first company I recommend and it will always be this way! Day or night these guys will be there to get your problem fixed.

I see some reviews here stating this man is racist.
He came to our home and I found nothing at all about him being racist. I found a very honest respectful person.

We had a major issue with out bathroom faucet.
SO we thought. A guy came out and gave us a quote of $$$.00 need to replace the faucet and pipes. So we decided to get a second opinion and quote. I believe the gentleman that came is the owner, to make a long story short he looked at it and showed us the problem was just a few adjustments. So something that we thought would cost hundreds was only a few dollars.

We used Shelton the first time last year when remodeling a bathroom. He did all of the plumbing work including installing all the new hardware in the shower and vanity. Fantastic job, reasonably priced, quick and efficient. Doesn't get any better.

Last week we discovered what we suspected was a slab leak (homeowners nightmare!). Called Shelton on a Thursday afternoon and he came out the next day (Friday) to determine if it really was a slab leak and where it was (it WAS). Had his crew out Monday morning, on time, repaired it with a minimum of ""destruction"", completed in a few hours (vs the days we were expecting) and ended up charging us LESS than his initial bid. Knowledgeable, professional, skilled guy. Highly recommend Shelton and his crew for any plumbing work, big or small. They're the best!

Our water heater that was 25 years old started to leak. A buddy of mine gave me Sheltons number and we talked that night, he was going to be out of town the next few days but pushed things back and came that AM. I had 3 other quotes from others in the area, GWC had the best product, the best rate (very fair), the quickest opening and did and fantastic job. Upgraded and a lot on things without nickeling and diming me as well. Others wanted more then 600 to do the same or less of a job. Couldn't be happier!

HORRIBLE! BAD SERVICE! UNPROFESSIONAL! PREDATOR! EXTREMELY DISSATISFIED! Do not waste your time or money. I can't begin to express how unprofessional our personal first hand experience was with ""Ground Werks Construction Inc"" and Shelton. Shelton you should be ashamed of yourself. Never again! Shelton's ego is obviously bigger than his plumbing knowledge. The work was extremely poor and over priced, the issue returned 3 days later causing aggressive expensive post secondary damages that could have been easily avoided if handled correctly. I had to waste more money, extremely disappointing, but worth every penny inorder to not have to deal with this unprofessional joke again. Extremely disrespectful towards the women in our family. Made my wife and daughter feel extremely uncomfortable. The work is poor, unsafe, over priced and you have to put up with disrespectful behavior documented and caught on camera. Had I reviewed the footage while he was still there this would have ended with authorities. Not the type of company we will ever do business with again. Consumer beware, he is the owner so where do you go from there? Who do you alert or escalate too? Do not let this poor workmanship and predator around your family, teen daughters and property. There is plenty of choices out there. I have never encountered anyone like this and we pray we never will. Stay away. If I had the choice to leave zero stars I would have. This is a disgrace to the trade.

I first met Shelton when he did plumbing work as part of the remodel of my homes kitchen. Recently, (about 3 months later), I had an unrelated failure of my homes water heater. Shelton responded immediately and was at my home within 20 minutes to diagnose the problem and provide an estimate of the replacement cost. I agreed to his very reasonable and competitive price and he was back within one hour to complete the job the same day ! I have been completely satisfied with all of his work and his professionalism.

I had a leak in my bathroom. Shelton was extremely helpful and made it out the same day. He was very clear in his plan of action and made sure that I, as the customer, was comfortable with moving forward with the project. This project as affected my downstairs condo neighbor. Shelton was very respectful of my neighbor and made sure to also explain the process to my neighbor. I was very pleased by only the outcome and the timeliness of his work but also by his communication.
