He provided a great quote that was fair and honest compared to other plumbers in the area and really did great work. Everyone always says they ""know a guy"" and then give you a number they recommend you call. I can say hands down forget all of that and just call Carlos instead. Top notch.

Anthony arrived right on time. He is extremely professional and very thorough. He was very honest in his approach with recommendations to ensure the job got done correctly and to save me some money and time.

The result of the job he did was excellent. While he was there, I added on to have him install our gas dryer since the previous one was electric. He was able to assess the piping and let me know what it would take to get it done. Piece of cake for him. He got it done. Installed the hoses and balanced the dryer.

I can't begin to tell you how happy I am I came across this business. It was literally a perfect Friday night when I heard water running under my bathroom shower. I walked under my house to see every home owners worst fear - a pipe spraying water.

I put in a request on Yelp and businesses started to reach out to me left and right. None of them had the reviews that Ground Up Plumbing had. I spoke with Carlos and he was professional, understanding and kind. He asked for some pictures and let me know he saw where the primary problem was and how to fix it.

Within 45 minutes Anthony was at my door ready to take care of things. Not only did he locate the problem, but he showed me and explained what he would have to do.

It was about 30 minutes later and Anthony was asking me to turn the water on again and double checking his work. Everything was operating perfectly.

Call this business and you won't be sorry. It's the only place I'm calling in the future for anything plumbing related.

We woke up to leaking hot water heater on Sunday morning. We contacted Carlos and he was out with a new heater on Monday and quickly installed it. He and Andrew were efficient and easy to work with. A few days later we discovered that a pipe had leaked in our walls -- nothing to do with hot water heater. We called Carlos and he quickly came out, found the pipe with the pin hole leak, and replaced it. Again, very efficiently. I would definitely recommend this company for any plumbing work.
