I highly recommend Ground Up Plumbing! I had a problem with a shower that would not deliver hot water - it only sprayed cold. Carlos responded quickly to my Yelp request for help. He asked for details, made an initial diagnosis and scheduled to come the next day. He was right on time, got right to work and fixed the problem! My daughter has hot water in her shower!

Carlos was very personable, answered every question I had for him and was respectful of cleaning up after his work. I will call him again the next time I need plumbing help. Support this local small business!!!!!!!

I had Ground Up Plumbing manage my project. Owner, Carlos, was quick to respond to my request with a reasonable quote.

He installed a dishwasher, patched a drywall hole and replaced three valves in the kitchen sink area.

Carlos scheduled me within a reasonable time and completed the drywall patch one day and the dishwasher installation and valve replacements 48hrs later to allow the drywall patch to dry.

He was responsive by maintaining communication via text to let me know his arrival time and estimated time that would take to complete the job. He arrived on time and finished in less time than he estimated. He left the work area spotless and left a very good overall impression.

I plan on keeping his number handy.

Good guy and he knows his craft.

I attempted to replace my hose bibb outside. I didn't realize it wasn't threaded. I posted my need on Yelp and Carlos from GUP was the first to respond. He told me I had a soldered bibb and gave me a flat price for the job and replacement with a new bibb. It wasn't an emergency so he came out within 1 business day and got the job done. Beautiful work!

Carlos was great! Very professional, arrived when he said he was going to arrive, good pricing and kept the area where he was working clean. He replaced two toilets for us in a few hours.
