I attempted to replace my hose bibb outside. I didn't realize it wasn't threaded. I posted my need on Yelp and Carlos from GUP was the first to respond. He told me I had a soldered bibb and gave me a flat price for the job and replacement with a new bibb. It wasn't an emergency so he came out within 1 business day and got the job done. Beautiful work!

I needed to have my bathrooms p-trap replaced because it wasn't to code and stank... badly. Carlos gave me a very reasonable quote over yelp and was very responsive with messages. He arrived on time and got straight to work. I asked him to do a last minute sink drain plug which required him to take a trip to the store for more supplies but he more than happy to help with the last minute request.

I also asked him for a quote to install a new ice maker fridge line while he was here- so I will definitely be hitting him up again for his work in the near future.
