These guys are the best. My water heater decided to burst in the middle of the night and completely flooded my garage and kitchen, leaving the house a colossal steamy mess. I jumped on Yelp to find help, and I called these guys as soon as I woke up at 4:30 am. THEY ANSWERED! Wow, I was unsure what to do until Carlos helped walk me through the steps over the phone. Not but an hour later, he arrived to repair the plumbing.

Carlos chuckled and gave me the number to a trusted company that could come out to the house and assist me with the insurance claim, the drying out of all the water, and ultimately the rebuilding of my walls and flooring in the kitchen.

All around, this terrible experience turned into a blessing in disguise as my house looks better than it it did before the flood.

After getting several absurdly expensive bids from other plumbers, it was our good fortune to find Carlos at Ground Up Plumbing. He gave us a reasonable bid and stuck to it. He arrived precisely when he said he would, and he and Gustavo worked efficiently (and immaculately) until the job was done. He did a great job, was very clean and walked me through the entire process of what he was going to do and he did a very good, complete job at a fair price.
I had gotten quotes that ranged from $867.00 to $340.00 for the exact same garbage disposal.
Post covid times are crazy folks. Make sure you are working with a trustworthy person/company and that you are not being taken advantage of - shop around!

Then I went onto Yelp and found Ground Up Plumping and there picked up my phone call and said they would be out there in 1 hour and sure enough they were. They fixed everything that same day and at a great price. They were very reliable and knew what they were doing which was so important in this situation.
