I had a large water leak that had happened from the main city line to the house on a Saturday and no one was answering my calls. Then I went onto Yelp and found Ground Up Plumping and there picked up my phone call and said they would be out there in 1 hour and sure enough they were. They fixed everything that same day and at a great price. They were very reliable and knew what they were doing which was so important in this situation.

In dealing with issues of our garbage disposal not being installed right (by yours truly) as well dealing with leaks in the PVC under the sink, it was a pain in the butt.

In reaching out to other plumbers, I kept getting the run around regarding availability and the prices they were asking for were $400+, just to reinstall a garbage disposal (that's a little over a month old and works just fine; some of them were even trying to sell me a new one...WHICH WE DIDN'T NEED!!)

With Carlos, he was quick to respond, patient, and offered good pricing. He showed up the next day and within the agreed upon time range....which says a lot about work ethic .

I needed a Moen shower cartridge (valve) replaced. Carlos (the owner) responded quickly. It was not an emergency and I waited a week or so to actually schedule the repair. On the day of the repair I was given a one hour window, which he met. He texted me when on his way. The price was the best I was quoted from several plumbing services. I was a little concerned because it was such a good price, but Carlos is a skilled plumber and the repair went quickly. I was impressed enough to have him do another shower as a preventative measure.

He was neat, clean (wore booties) and cleaned up well after he was done.

I will not hesitate to call Ground Up again.
