Last night at bath time for my two little kids there was no hot water. Poof. Gone. I bathed my kids in cold water. They weren't happy. I knew I needed a new water heater.

I called about 5 different places and finally spoke to Grossman's and I really think someone was watching over me. Thank god I found this family owned business.

They had the BEST price of every place I called, he was friendly and explained things to me, he came over within 3 hours of calling him, he filled out the permit paperwork and mailed it in.

This is a family owned business who doesn't try to rip you off or make you feel like a number. Honesty is hard to come by.

I truly appreciate them coming today so my kids had a hot bath tonight and clean clothes tomorrow. They were even cool with my pets. This is a company that will have my business forever. Thank you guys!!!!

I had a minor issue with my shower. Matthew promptly responded and scheduled the work, which was performed within 2 days at a reasonable price. I will need some additional work in the future replacing a fixture and swapping out a washer and dryer, and will definitely be calling Grossman Plumbing.

Grossman Plumbing came out to help us with a damaged lead waste pipe. While they were here they also quoted us a very fair price to address some issues in our master bath. They were extremely knowledgeable and friendly, and stuck to the quoted price despite the job taking a long time, and needing an extra part of two.

I also appreciated how they went the extra mile to help mount a new piece of hardware I purchased.

I left a message the day after New Year's in need of a new hot water heater and Matt called me back within 30 minutes. He was personable and helpful and provided detailed information. A few hours later, Dave arrived (right on time!) to start working, with Matt joining him soon after. The quality of work was great and they were clean and professional throughout. Also, some additional work was needed to get the tank all set up properly but Matt kept to his quoted price, which was greatly appreciated. I would use them again and highly recommend them!

Our water heater needed replacing recently and we had no idea who to call. Thank you Yelpers for the reviews - Grossman Plumbing was called and Matt was at our house for an estimate that Monday evening. I was also impressed with the fact that they answer their own phones - no voice mail or half @ssed receptionist. He explained that they would not be available to replace the heater until Wednesday, but would be at our house by 9 am. True to form, Dave showed at 9 and Matt shortly after. These guys are true professionals who are thorough and respectful. The heater was replaced and installed to code before noon. I have told everyone I know who owns a house about this company, and hopefully a lot more folks thanks to Yelp. Thank YOU Grossman Plumbing!!!!
