I needed a simple clog in my kitchen sink drain removed. We called them and Mason came out the same day, and spent about 30 minutes cleaning the clog out of the pipe. This was where I made my mistake. I usually trust local companies that hope for repeat business not to overcharge, and I didn't ask for a price quote. My surprise price was $375.00 for the job. The receipt that was emailed showed no price breakdown just the total. My recommendation is definitely get a price beforehand. I hoped this would be my plumber going forward, but probably not. Lesson learned make that expensive lesson learned.

They were relentless in running a line to our refrigerator ice maker. Ran into multiple issues but stayed with the task and got it accomplished. And their price was less than half of an estimate we had earlier. 6 stars for Mason and Danny if that was possible.

Please get a written estimate from a licensed plumber. I can't believe Groendyke Plumbing charges $325.00 an hour, plus parts. Dan cashed my check immediately upon leaving. Dan, the Scam Artist and supervisor and Mason, the puppet who did all of the work, left with no invoice or breakdown of the charges. So much for religious & reasonable. Slick! Proceed with caution. After all, you are helping pay for his costly new toy, the drain cleaning machine!

I had a nasty clogged drain I was unable to clear myself. I called the owner, within a few hours he was at my home with the correct equipment to fix the issue. Fast and friendly service is hard to come by these days, so glad I selected you to do this job. Very satisfied customer here!

The first time I contacted Gronendyke on a Tuesday, and by Thursday morning he was out and addressing our issue (it was not an emergency). He was friendly, communicated well with me (explained issues, kept me informed of what he was doing, explained potential future issues, etc) and uncovered a bigger problem that other plumbers likely would have missed. I never felt pressured to buy anything or to have more services done than what was needed. It's always refreshing to deal with an honest and hardworking company. Absolutely recommend them - if you need a plumber, give them a call.

We've used Danny twice more since. Both times he's been out quickly and resolved our issues, big and small. I can confidently recommend him.
