What can I say Marc is a life saver!! Had to fly to New York for business last minute and my line was backed up. Let me start off by saying I was an emotional wreck and super stressed out because everyone I called couldn't come out until the following business day. Called Marc and he was at my place in no time, got the job done fast and even went above and beyond to clean up the mess I had made trying to fix the problem myself ""bad idea"" by the way. I came back from a flight around midnight Sunday night and my toilet, sink, and everything was backed up and gushing out smelly black stuff. My whole house smelled horrible. I called Marc and he came out within 15 minutes and fixed the issue in my main line! Fixed in less than an hour after he arrived. Even helped me clean some of the mess that it made inside.

I called and messaged about 7 different ""24 hour"" plumbing places, one of which replied that they weren't available, and the other 8 didn't reply. Marc was the only real reply, and he was a godsend.

I would post pictures, but I don't think anyone wants to see what the problem looked like.

So awesome. I had called a few big company plumbers, for an emergency, on Saturday night of St. Patrick's day. Even though the companies list they provide 24/7 emergency service, no one would come until Monday, because it was a ""holiday"". One company suggested I try a local company, and through Yelp, Grizzly it was! I felt so terrible because I could hear him with his kid, hanging out on a Saturday night. Regardless of his personal time, he dropped everything and came to my house within a half hour He was super cool, answered a million of my questions, haha, and fixed everything super fast. I cant thank him enough, and would recommend to EVERYONE!!! Extremely professional, knowledgeable, caring, and affordable pricing. I have had the same issue a few times now, with different companies assisting, and it has been an expected process. I never thought I would feel so grateful and cared for in this type of situation. Don't think twice...he really is the best!!!!! Thanks again!!!

Unfortunately I have to update my review. I contacted Marc on Friday morning,12/29, to replace a shower faucet. I explained that I had my water turned off because the faucet was leaking/spraying everywhere, and that it was important that he come that day. He said he could.

However, he never showed up. I attempted contact several times and even managed to speak with him once in the afternoon and explained the direness of the situation. I told him that if he couldn't come, he should let me know so that I could find a different plumber, because it was very important that someone come that day, before the long weekend. And again, he said he could. But then he kept dropping out of contact, and by the time I realized that he really wasn't coming, it was too late to get another plumber (I tried)...because...everyone was headed out of town for the New Year's holiday weekend!

He never did get in touch. I'd expected him to reach out on Saturday, knowing as he did that my water was off for the whole house. But he didn't contact me, and instead, I had only sporadic usage of my water over the long holiday weekend. It was a nightmare.

Marc seems like a nice guy, so I'm surprised he completely left me in the lurch. But this was bad enough that I felt I should warn other yelpers that he may not show up when you need him most, even after telling you he'll come and knowing that you have no water!
