Our tankless water heater sprung a leak. Our regular person was not available, so I picked one recommended via a local social media group. He was personable and informative. BUT- He left the job unfinished, water running hot and then lukewarm. Sadly we already paid him before getting a receipt and before we realized he didn't leave us the serial number so it could be registered for warranty.

After our unbelievably patient three months of pleas by text and phone messages finally called a plumber certified in the product line. We got the serial and model number and successfully registered the equipment. We learned that the exhaust system was not installed correctly. After we have that fixed we plan on taking Marc Parker Grizzly Plumbing to small claims court.

The man may be a smooth talker but actions do not match the promises.

My experience in last few months with Mark has been nothing short of extremely frustrating and terrible. I hired him to replace our tank water heater with tankless. This was in May 2022. It is now September 2022 and still we dont have a working water heater. He has made excuses after excuses. He eventually installed something in June end which did NOT work properly. We couldn't get hot water in more than one faucet though the heater is supposed to be for 3-4 bathrooms. He initially blamed the gas pressure and has company. I called gas company and their tech checked gas pressure which was completely normal. Moreover he pointed out that Mark had incorrectly installed the gas piping which is not up to code and a safety risk. He shut off the gas, put a ""danger"" label and went away.
It's been two months since then and Mark won't come out and fix. I have pinged him probably 10 times and he has been a no show several times with a variety of excuses. He won't even send me a receipt for money that I have already paid him ($4000+).
Despite multiple reminders, he won't even clean up his mess in our backyard after he removed the tank water heater. See the attached pictures. At this point I don't know what to do.
Do NOT hire him. Never pay him upfront for anything.

Mark saved our business! He took our last minutes emergency call, showed up on time, work patiently to unclog sink and didn't leave any mess.

Marc came out for a emergency sewer backup in our outside garage bathroom. He came and looked at it and gave me a quote. His price was more then reasonable and he took the time to even clean it up for me. I was so happy. Because who wants to clean up that mess, nooone but someone's got to do the dirty job.

What can I say Marc is a life saver!! Had to fly to New York for business last minute and my line was backed up.
