On behalf of my wife and myself...we want to say, what an absolute pleasure it was to have Robert in our home again. We are always treated with complete respect. He has completed numerous projects for us. Recently, we needed his services to tackle a major plumbing issue. He diagnosed the problem and took the time to procure all supplies needed. While making the much needed repairs, he also noticed some improperly installed items. His concern for correcting and upgrading the plumbing parts (to code) was especially appreciated. He explained things in laymen terms but never condescending when we didn't understand. His quality of workmanship and professionalism is Excellent. We also appreciate and thank Robert for keeping our home clean and """"tidying up"""" afterwards. Update: Robert, let God be the judge between me and you. You have bear false witness against me and you will have to answer to the good Lord for doing so. Please read my previous review and look at the pictures. It is right under Robert's review and was posted on the 29th. I go in more detail how Robert so disrespectfully cursed me for one reason. Now, in the picture below the outlet that is closes to the ground had gotten submerged halfway under water the other night and is not incompliance with code. If you look at my previous post in the picture only one light is on and that means the outlet was not grounded properly. It was a deaf trap. Robert could have gotten us killed. Now, the outlet that is high up on the pole is the new GFI outlet my new repairman put in place and is incompliance with code. Robert do put out quality work and my neighbor and others are my witness to the day Robert got in my face and cursed me out. I go more into detail below in my other review.

Robert at Grippo's Quality Home Repairs did a great job replacing our Hot Water Heater. He was thorough, patient with my elderly father, very reasonably priced. We will call him back for any plumbing or electrical work that we have. I give him a 5 stars for the work that he performed.
