The absolute best plumber bar none! Been a customer for years and Bill is top notch. His team is extremely competent, respectful when working in the home and they don't leave until explaining and demoing exactly what work they performed. They also leave the work area cleaner than they found it. Example: my sump pump died last night around 11:00 PM. I spent the next three hours manually removing water from the flooded basement by vacuuming it up. I placed a call with Gripp on his emergency line 1st thing in the morning and he had someone out to me almost immediately. Sal, Grips team member, understood that I was of course upset over the situation but calmly proceeded to remove the old pump and install the new one thoroughly and rapidly. He also made sure to explain the specifications around the new sump pump and why it was far superior to the one they had just removed. By the way, the new pump is an American made Zoeller 50 series cast iron pump; basically built to withstand a nuclear blast. He also removed the old sump pump and old PVC piping. Simply put Gripp plumbing heating is the best and I'll never go anywhere else!
