Recommended Customer Reviews

From the beginning of the process, Grip Construction has been a pleasure to work with. When we needed to remodel our new home, we got bids from several different contractors. Grip Construction's bid was not only competitive, but extremely detailed. This attention to detail simply on their BID, as well as a recommendation from our realtor, pushed us to use Grip Construction for our remodel.
This was a BIG remodel. We completely remodeled the kitchen, dining room, two bathrooms, a back family room, a bunch of windows, all new flooring throughout, the entire backyard, and a bunch of other small things. During the entire process, there were several things that really stood out.
1) Communication - Steve and James were great about communicating what project was coming up next, and it helped us know what to start shopping for and to look for ideas. When there were decisions to be made, like the height of the pony wall in the kitchen, the depth of the walk-in shower, the grout for the tile...they never assumed anything, but instead involved us in the decisions. They were great at giving us ideas, and really helping us design the house of our dreams.
2) Flexibility - While we had a really detailed contract to start with, as work progressed, we added and changed things. They were really great about making amendments to our proposal for new work or modified work, and always very transparent about costs. If it saved us money, or cost more...they always made sure we knew.
3) Craftmanship - The quality of the work that was done is top notch. Everyone that comes through just loves the final product. Their attention to detail that we saw in the initial bid carried through the entire remodel. From paint to cabinets to lights...we've been here for months and can't find a single mistake.
4) Genuinely good people - I've heard horror stories of people working with contractors who are at best a pain to work with, or at worst unethical. Even though it was stressful make a ton of decisions, and spend a lot of money...at no point did we have to stress out because of WHO we were working with. They really wanted the best for our family, and for us to be happy with the end result, and they succeeded.
You should always call multiple people and get multiple quotes...but Grip Construction should be the first people you call.
