I called for service on Tuesday for a leak in my kitchen sink
I received great service on the phone from the lady that answered
the phone, she suggested a few things to check.
Which i did , so Thank You, then she scheduled me for the
next day. Wendsday the service technician arrived on time
Ian is the service technician that looked over the issue
ans explained what he would have to do.
Ian had to replace some pipe , and then he replaced my sink faucet
which was dripping. This is my 2nd time calling Grimes for service
and each time , I was well pleased with their service.
I would recommend Grimes Plumbing every time i can

We had clogged kitchen sink off and on for a while. Called Grimes yesterday and spoke with a friendly and knowledgeable lady. She understood the issues and scheduled the plumber to come today. She informed me that he would be coming between 10am and 2 pm. She stated he would call on the cell phone before coming to let us know he was on the way.

Today, Toby, the plumber called earlier than 10 and asked if he could come earlier, which was great for us. He listened to the issue, went over what he would be doing and did an excellent job. Toby told us to call if any further issues arise and they would be happy to help. He was very informative, explained everything, and has a great attitude and demeanor. He helped to put my mind at ease that he could help fix this longstanding issue.

I am very happy with the service, the reasonable rates and the excellent customer service! Would recommend Grimes Plumbing to anyone that has plumbing issues.

Great people doing quality work at a fair price.
We had Grimes out to open a clogged drain. They returned to replace several faucets and repaired a toilet supply line.
Grimes plumbing is very knowledgeable and are willing to help you out to keep things moving.

Grimes Plumbing came out within a half hour of calling them. Cody was excellent in explaining the problem and how he could fix it. I was impressed that he pointed out the pump didn't need replacement but was air locked. We decided on replacement because of age of pump. Would call them again with plumbing needs.

I usually tackle my own home maintenance but health issues have changed that when it came time to replace our water heater. I was leery about relying on anyone else but with Grimes, no complaints. Quick and friendly service. Very reliable. I would definitely recommend Grimes.

Very disappointed in their incompetence and ridiculous pricing.
Had standing water in crawlspace, so we ask Grimes to evaluate what was causing the accumulation. They said it was only a leaky pressure relief valve, so after 15 minutes of labor (& $20 part) they charged us over $200. Water leak persisted. A certified Home inspector two weeks later found that the leak was coming from the upstairs tub.

Had them come out to quote to cut a hole for a sump pump. $2000 dollars. He said he didn't want the job. I am partially disabled and a vet and ended doing the job myself
Poor way to run a business.
Would never recommend. They are not honorable and it's about the money
