This plumber was the plumber of record on my home remodeling. When the water leaked in the kitchen and I called him, he did not do the rough in and he told me he did not finish the job and was shocked to find out the contractor had already passed a final inspection. He said he would get to the bottom of it but I never heard from him after that.
