I had a Vortens toilet for which the tank decided it was tired and decided to completely crack and disintegrate. I searched online (and even tried AI tools) but found almost nothing to help. I sent an email to them basically asking to ""pick their brains"" and much to my surprise, they responded with some suggestions. After a few back and forth email messages I was able to at least figure out what I needed to search for to find what I needed.

Though I never actually bought anything directly from them, they were excellent in their troubleshooting/critical thinking skills and between the two of us a product that would work as a replacement was found thru another vendor.

I'm really impressed (especially in this day/age) at the mere fact that I got a reply from my initial inquiry, AND that the reply had valuable suggestions that ultimately led to my placing an order with another vendor (sadly, Grigg didn't have access to the product needed or I totally would have ordered through them.)

Can't weigh in on the ""F"" score by BBB so while YMMV at the very least I'd suggest reaching out to them if you need plumbing help; I'm definitely ""hard to please"" but these guys/gals did a great job in earning my support for their service.

Best of luck to all with your current plumbing problems, and thank you again to the staff at Grigg for taking the time to respond to my messages in such a competent manner. If I ever travel out your way from the ""not so Golden State of California"" I'll make it a point to drop by and buy you all a a beer... or a pitcher... or two.... :-)

The bathroom faucets seized up on my in-laws cabin which is very remotely located. I looked online at Grigg's catalog and selected the cartridges that I thought would work, and they were shipped promptly. When they did not look exactly the same I contacted the help desk at Grigg, and was connected with Alex B., who was gracious, professional, and extremely helpful. With a few email exchanges he established the exact parts we needed, and provided instructions to order them and return the parts that were wrong through my fault and not theirs. Extremely pleased with his help, and I will make Grigg my first stop in the future to order new material as well as repair parts.

I had a wonderful experience with Grigg Industries and Alex Bentley. I needed a replacement handle for a faucet that was 15 years old. After going to the store when I had bought it and receiving no help, I went online and found Grigg Industries. I really did not want to have to replace the entire faucet. After several emails back and forth, I very quickly received the correct replacement faucet assembly for the powder room sink .
Mr. Bentley was very persistent in helping me get the right part. Excellent customer service!!!!

Upon further review, I have come to the conclusion that Grigg Industries is not to blame for the confusion associated with my recent order. I confirmed with Gerber Plumbing directly that the part they sell to their whole sellers and market as 99-300 is actually a Fluidmaster 400a. Of course, had thAt information been provided during the ordering process, I would have likely purchased this replacement part elsewhere for a lower price. According to Gerber Plumbing, they list this part in their catalogs for around $22, and their whole sellers get it for less than that. That shows Grigg Industries is overpriced for this item at $28, which is why I'm now comfortable giving them a 3-star rating.

I had no idea they were rated an F by the Better Business Bureau but after the experience I've had with them I can believe it. The products I purchased never arrived at my house and I was basically (not literally) told it was my problem, I am a liar and go screw myself. I asked to speak to someone with customer service skills and my request was ignored. This is the worse experience I'd ever had shopping online by far.

Edit: My product arrived 6 business days after it was reported as shipped. I gave them two stars instead of one because the stuff finally came and it was the right stuff. But if you have ANY problem with your order, be prepared to be told to handle it on your own. The sad thing is, if they offered me any deal or worked with me at all I would have been happy. If they refunded me or sent the parts again, I'd have only paid them again when my package actually showed up and would have been very happy that they cared about me and my broken toilet.

The irony is that they could have easily been paid $20 twice for under 50 cents of parts, and had a happy customer but their mistrust and greed prevented that.. Now if my toilet breaks again, I am walking to Canadian Tire.

Alex Bentley, GM was able to correctly recommend the right Mansfield Toilet Lever (Metal) Replacement Product to me the very first time.

I ordered three levers and they were delivered in three days.

I was able to install all three units in about 20 minutes. It fit in perfectly without any bending at all.

The metal lever was even better than the original nylon lever that broke after 20 years of daily use. Plus, the metal rod works more smoothly on the toilet valve.

I ordered parts for a broken toilet on the Thursday before Christmas. First, I could not match their prices and overall cost including shipping even using my Amazon Prime account. Second, I received all the parts on Saturday afternoon and had the toilet repaired in less than 30 minutes. I am very happy with my experience with this company and will not hesitate to order from them again.

My plumber said I may have to replace my entire toilet tank because the proprietary mechanism was broken and difficult to find. Grig had them in stock for $14. I ordered 3 of them online (so I would have backups), they shipped the same day. Problem solved, thanks Grigg!

Excellent array of replacement parts. After endless futile attempts at hardware and big box stores, I discovered this site online, They tracked down a 40 year old shower handle for me, saved me hundreds of dollars because the alternative was to replace major plumbing connections. Service was quick and accurate. This will be my first choice for any part I need.

I felt the need to write this because I have seen a couple of negative remarks about
Grigg Industries. I have a couple of Mancesa toilets which needed the tank repair kits,
and from what I've found out are cheap outdated toilets. I found Grigg on the web,
placed my order(which I was not able to find the parts anywhere else) and in two days
received them (in Michigan). The price for shipping was also good. Decided because I
had seen negative comments that you could never reach anyone for customer service
that I would just give them a call and see. The first call I made the line was busy. Waited just about a minute called again. The owner answered and I had a great conversation with him thanking him for their great service and having the items that were very hard to find. Hopefully this review will make some people think twice when reading the negative reviews and give them a chance. From me they come highly recommended.
