Messaged three plumbers on a Sunday for a water heater replacement figuring I would hear back from them on Monday, he texted right away, offered pricing based on detailed photos, and quoted a very fair price. I am so pleased with the install - especially since he took the time to bring my old pipes up to code by adding an expansion tank. He provided all new fittings where needed and just did exceptionally neat work.
In addition, he was careful to lay down matts to protect my floors and stairs.
The other two plumbers did get back to me Monday - their prices were slightly higher and availability just a bit further out.
If you are in need of a good plumber, I really do recommend giving Grig Plumbing a call.

Prompt response on a Saturday afternoon and charged me $100 less than what it would be on a regular weekday. And, got a 1 year warranty. Received great customer service and quality work. I will be a repeat customer for sure!
