Had some wood rot around 3 windows that was causing water damage to the ceiling under the windows. The 1st big rain storm approached so i called some contractors. No one had the time, but Josh called back immediately and knowing the storm was coming, came over on a Saturday. Started the repair, went to purchase materials and worked until dark. Came back the next day (A Sunday!!) to finish the job to beat the rain. Josh is knowledgable, proffessional, and reasonable. Highly reccommend him and I will be calling him for his services again.

First, let me say I called several ad's on Yelp in regards to handyman services.

Josh from Griff's Handyman Services was the first to respond to my project concerns. Josh has great follow-up and communication skills, but most of all Josh was on time!

I felt Josh had a genuine concern about my projects, and listened to how I wanted my projects completed. I appreciated that.

Also, Josh has a ""can do attitude"" with my projects, which included installing an outside hand rail guard on a stucco wall, and assisting us with labeling of the electrical Main Panel and Sub-Panel breaker boxes, and cleaned and caulked our shower and master bathroom which he did a great job in caulking both these areas! :)

Josh is willing and aware of what needs to be done with a pleasant personality and he is a good listener to what the goal for your projects are.

Also, let me say that when the labeling of our electrical Sub-panel box project started to get tedious, Josh didn't give up on the project and hung right in there with us to the end result of both the Panel and Sub-panel electrical box labeling completion, and Josh even added advice about some of the breakers!

Thanks Josh for all your helpfulness and It was very nice meeting you and I know we will be able to use your Handy-Man services in the near future!

Had Josh stop by and fix 3 doors where the door frames had become lopsided from foundation settling, a front door lock and spackled painted various drywall cracks in the interior.

Josh was respectful, on time, reasonable rates and no upselling or bsing. He clearly explained what he was doing. Happy with the work that he has done.

Would use him again for any future projects and do recommend him.
