I had leaking windows from a poorly installed trim by another contractor. We had a big storm coming, and I started looking for a handyman to caulk the trim around second story windows. I found Griffin on yelp, called him, and discussed my urgency due to an upcoming storm. He understood that caulking needed to be done that day to dry before the rain. He was able to delay a project he had going, and gave me a quote and showed up in 2 hours! He performed the work according to my request and did a wonderful job for me. The quality of work and pricing was outstanding. I plan to use him to repair the trim on other windows this summer.

Before photos: sink had a leak and I needed toilet put in. It had been a while since we hadn't used the bathroom with all sorts of other projects in home. BUT we finally have a toilet and sink has been fixed with awesome water pressure and no leaks! Thx Josh!

Had some wood rot around 3 windows that was causing water damage to the ceiling under the windows. The 1st big rain storm approached so i called some contractors. No one had the time, but Josh called back immediately and knowing the storm was coming, came over on a Saturday. Started the repair, went to purchase materials and worked until dark. Came back the next day (A Sunday!!) to finish the job to beat the rain. Josh is knowledgable, proffessional, and reasonable. Highly reccommend him and I will be calling him for his services again.
