Fast, friendly and honest service. We're on opposite ends of the valley but always call Griffith when we need HV/AC or plumbing help!

When we closed on our house, it was discovered our swamp cooler was shot. In order to help us in being able to afford a new one, the sellers gave us money to put toward a new cooler. When we all signed the paperwork, they told us that, if the company could sell us on a Breeze Air, we should take it.
I called them in October to get an estimate done for the Breeze Air, and it took a bit because they also winterize coolers and their ability to work depends heavily on the weather being good. Throw in the fact that I only had Fridays off at the time and scheduling was a bit daunting. However, we got it scheduled within a couple weeks and things were smooth sailing. The guy who came out was clearly quite knowledgeable. I've had trouble in the past of people being patronizing toward me, but this gentleman was incredibly down to earth and kind. I immediately understood why the sellers specifically recommended this company.
When I called to accept the quote they gave us and get the installation scheduled, they asked me something a bit strange; they asked if I wanted them to come out, dewinterize our old cooler, install the new, and winterize it. I told them that seemed to be a bit too much work for something we wouldn't use for months and we could handle waiting til the weather warmed up so that nobody felt rushed. They seemed rather grateful, and she planned to call me to schedule the exact day in March.
True to her word, the receptionist called me and we quickly scheduled an appointment; they were even able to schedule it around an unexpected trip!
Today they came out and hauled away the old cooler free of charge. Within three hours, the cooler was up, running, and working beautifully despite the fact that a couple pipes leading from the water supply cracked (he offered to come back this fall to show my husband how to properly winterize it, as Breeze Airs have a bit of a learning curve to them). Not a moment too soon either; we were just saying last night that it was getting too warm. I made sure to pay in full, completely satisfied with my tale.
When he left, he thanked me profusely and I promised to spread his incredible work far and wide among my friends. I think this will be my business of choice from here on in.
