They hooked up my hot tub and they previously installed a new water tank. What I like about them is they are very honest and hardworking. Will go above and beyond!!! i would call them every time!!

If I could choose zero stars I would. They came to service my HVAC. Told me I had to pay 287 to replace a part. Next day air still wasn't working. Called them and they sent someone back out who then told me I just needed to replace my system. Asked about being reimbursed for the part I paid for And was told I could only if I bought the new system through them. They no shower to appointments, refuse to call me back. Have no refunded me a dime for a part I paid almost 300 dollars for that did nothing? Horrible place with poor business ethics, horrible management and a lack of customer care at all!

Hiring this company was my worst nightmare. Nice guy, but not 100% knowledgeable when it comes to this trade, which added hours and hours ($$$$) to the job. Did not discuss with me things that were done that weren't part of our original agreement (again, more $$$$).

Explained to me that the leaking faucet couldn't be fixed without sawing into the surrounding tile to get to it, which would be over $500. I told the guy not to do it. Since then, I hired another plumber who fixed it without any sawing for $158.

I was shocked when I saw the final bill. I was charged the hourly rate from the time he left his house - not when he arrived at my house (almost 12 hours). Several jobs were done, but the bill was not itemized for parts and labors. I was taken to the cleaners.

Annoying items - Left every light on and the basement door unlocked upon finishing the job. No one from the crew took their dirty boots off (or put any type of protective covering over them) while coming in and out of my house. Helped themselves upstairs without telling me why they needed to go up there. I recommend you go elsewhere.
