My wife and I have found Griffith Home Solutions to be excellent for plumbing. We have used them on three occasions and are consistently satisfied. From repairing old faucets to replacing faucets to installing a tankless water heater, they have done a great job. This is a family owned and operated plumbing and HVAC company. They are ethical and neat. They practice their craft with excellence. Their charges are reasonable and straightforward. They are punctual. We will continue to use them for all our plumbing needs.

I am so, so happy with the service I received from this company. Our A/C went out on a Saturday, and we called around all weekend leaving messages with other companies that had good reviews, never got a call back. Yesterday my husband left town, today I came home from work to troubleshoot but even with the windows open and fans going, my little dog was panting and lethargic, half her water was gone.

So I decided to call around again, leaving messages, and this was the first company that actually answered the phone! And it was a person! She took my address and name, then 5 minutes later Nathan called back and said he'd be here in 20 minutes - but arrived 10 minutes after we hung up. He had my A/C up and running in less than 30 minutes, and since it was just the capacitor my total bill was $112 - well worth it!

Nathan was very sweet and professional, he explained to me that Griffith Home Solutions is a family business, I think his dad owns the company, his brother also works for the company, and it was actually his sister who answered my call. I'll definitely call them FIRST from now on!
