Dealing with Griffin was a pleasure. From the initial call, their receptionist took my information efficiently and scheduled a visit for the first thing the next morning.
Vince and his assistant were courteous and knew their trade. They replaced the wax ring under my toilet in just less than an hour. They also cleaned-up afterwards well. The cost was reasonable.

Pros:
Lisa Valentine answers the phone & books all appointments... She is professional & nice!

Jim Valentine & Alex did the actual work.

I had a nasty little leaking problem that required them to extract a leaking galvanized pipe in a very tight space. I live in a townhouse.

They fixed that problem quite smoothly & efficiently. They also installed a new toilet in one bathroom, replaced some 'innards' of another, and the washers on one of my showers (valves).

Cons:
The hourly prices I was quoted over the phone were different then prices I was charged. The were fair in resolving the issue.

Their prices are fair, but not the best in town.

Overall impression:
Other than the negotiating over the price once the work was completed, the job ran very smoothly.

These guys arrive on time & they seem to know their stuff! They also seem to care about their work.

They fixed a very challenging problem while working quietly and cleanly.

I recommend using them when you need a plumber, but check prices before starting work .

I will use their services again.
