When I needed a gas line moved to for a new stove I was getting my regular plumber was not available. At the time I thought time was of the essence so I called Griffin Plumbing. They gave me a quote and I thought the price was way out of line, but because I was in a hurry and I was already on the hook for $70 I agreed. My bad. We were going to get an electrician to move the electrical outlet also, but the Griffin man said he didn't think that was necessary. I took his advice and we went ahead and had the drywall repaired. My bad again. The installers came with the stove, and you guessed it , they said the electrical outlet needs to be moved. All in all my experience with Griffin Plumbing has not been a happy one, and I would not recommend them to anyone.

Absolutely fantastic! Everyone I spoke to was very kind, professional and very helpful. My father is very ill so a broken pipe meant he would have to stay in a rest home if I didn't get the water on ASAP. They sent out two wonderful guys who did the job quickly, quietly and UNDER THEIR ESTIMATE!
I can't say enough about how much I appreciated their work. They gave me plenty of options, kept me advised and did fantastic work.
I just can't say enough good things about them. Stop looking- you've found your plumber!!

Mark was amazing. Horrible main line stoppage that backed up the plumbing in my whole house. Mark went straight to it and found a massive root nest occupying the entire line. He was incredibly knowledgeable and provided me with numerous options and prices to get the job done. Mark was unstoppable, the issue didn't even slow him down, he ran multiple pieces of equipment and cameras to get it resolved, and get it resolved he did!
Super professional, funny, and busted his butt sweating to get our plumbing working late into the evening after hours.
Mark and Griffin plumbing saved the day AGAIN. I use Griffin for my business and home. The thought has never crossed my mind to call anyone else for the last 10 years. Great group of folks over there, from the lady in the office (Darla I believe) who is always super friendly and empathetic to my plight, Jeremy the owner who has no problem getting on the job himself to get me going, Mark and Ezekiel are always incredibly helpful and don't know how to fail. Griffin technicians are the best! They do the job right and provide awesome customer service. I agree with a good number of the reviews here. Griffin does good work, are punctual, and great at communication with the office but their fees are way too high! We paid nearly $750 to repair an irrigation leak. It took less than three hours from start to finish, which included a trip for parts, and not more than $200 cost for those parts (and I'm being generous here) which means they got over $500 for not more than a couple hours labor. Way too much for a relatively simple job. We will not be using them again.
