I agree with a good number of the reviews here. Griffin does good work, are punctual, and great at communication with the office but their fees are way too high! We paid nearly $750 to repair an irrigation leak. It took less than three hours from start to finish, which included a trip for parts, and not more than $200 cost for those parts (and I'm being generous here) which means they got over $500 for not more than a couple hours labor. Way too much for a relatively simple job. We will not be using them again.

I switched from other plumbing companies after my first experience with Griffin a couple of years back. Chico came out and spent the better part of a day rebuilding an old washing machine drain which involved the opening of multiple walls. He did an exceptional job while maintaining a professional and cheerful demeanor. This experience was repeated recently with the replacement of problematic kitchen plumbing fixtures. Job well done!
