Hot water heater went out on Monday. I called and completely understand they were booked for Tuesday. They came first thing Wednesday morning and got me back up and running.
The guys that came were very professional and courteous.
I will definitely call them with any plumbing issues I have in the future.

I awoke to a wet pantry floor from a water heater that either rusted out or had a leak. Anyway on Monday a m I called and they were out st the house in an hour or so for measurements and evaluation. I had to have it replaced and they used 2 men that sprayed some anti mold agent since it did have a smell. I asked them too to replace a toilet handle while they were there. They were done in 5 hours and I haven't received a bill yet but they were in and out and my problem was solved.

Had an appointment for 8am, waited all day, finally called them at 3:00pm to ask if my guy was still coming and the girl that answered the phone said ""oh he didn't come in today"". I'll never use them again. Shocked they are still in business.

I had a clogged drain in my sink and very slow drain in the bathroom. Cam out right away and fixed it, in the process was the pipe broke making a mess, they cleaned everything up left no mess, had me good as new in no time, kind, considerate, and timely. Highly recommend.

Had a backed up pipe, called on Thursday he was supposed to call me back by lunch on Friday to let me know if he was coming Friday or first thing Saturday morning. Never heard from him Friday, never heard from him Saturday, finally called him said he would give me a call back to let me know when he was coming never heard from him. Ended up calling Champion Plumbing, they came out that day and had it fixed in less than two hours. Would not recommend Griffin plumbing and piping.
