Joanne C.I just have to give Jim Grieshober HUGE props, for although I didn't actually need his services to fix my water heater, his willingness to provide some guidance and suggestions over the phone were just what I needed to solve the problem myself! He saved me a big chunk of money (at least in the short term for my 14 year old water heater). Not many people would go out of their way to help the way he did. If I ever do need a plumber in the future, Mr. Grieshober will definitely be the person I call.
