I have had Grier and Sean work on two separate projects for me in Sausalito. They are absolutely excellent at what they do. I have a quiet, functional, efficient system now thanks to them. Grier does not cut corners, is very knowledgable and articulate about what is happening and communicates how he is going to solve the problem. Great follow up, punctual, no surprises and gets it done. I would HIGHLY recommend Grier/Sean and will use them again(hopefully not too soon).

Grier Argall is the only plumbing company we trust; they are straightforward in their analysis and billing, their pricing is fair, and they never try to ""fix"" things that aren't broken (like other companies we won't mention). Sean, at Grier Argall Plumbing, has come to our rescue on numerous occasions now, to fix plumbing problems old and new. Sean is a formidable plumbing diagnostician with vast experience and knowledge. In addition to doing swift, efficient work on some of the usual plumbing issues (e.g., replacing toilets, fixing leaky faucets) for us,

Sean recently found the culprit for our dryer malfunction (a gap in the dryer venting tube system) as well as the miniscule valve leak behind the stove. His tenacity and skill in finding and repairing these small problems saved us from the huge expense of buying new appliances. Moreover, Sean is thoroughly professional, impeccably neat, and a genuine pleasure to interact with. He is the absolute pinnacle of plumbers!

Grier and his crew have been taking care of our condo building's needs for at least 20 years. I thank them for answering my call for help with a backed up toilet that I attempted to solve myself to no avail. So who do you call!? Grier Argall! His assistant Kaylene (sp?) was very lovely and was very good at feeling my urgency and had told me she would try to get one of the guys tomorrow, but she actually contacted them and by 1pm today, the toilet was back to working order thanks to Sean! I think that I wouldn't have gotten such service from anyone else. I've always felt very comfortable with his team. Doesn't hurt that Sean talked to my dog, Evie, and she thought that was cool.

Grier is amazing! We had a tricky gas plumbing situation (converting 2 older wood fireplaces into gas). Grier is exceptional, with years of experience, and it shows. He knew exactly how to solve for our needs. He was courteous, timely, fairly priced, thorough, etc.

Used them for first time this month- had a problem that needed immediate attention. They showed up pronto- had a great vibe - gave super fair bill for service and then discovered I needed some new parts - they had to return to shop for the parts and drove back out to my house a second time, finished job. They didn't charge for the extra time or extra parts because I sensed they wanted to make a good impression. Smart. And it worked. They EARNED my TRUST on day one and have a really genuine vibe. I What can I say? They are my plumbers for life now!!

Everything went great the plumber was respectful of my home and covid 19 situation he worked very efficient and confident in a tight space and was done in 1.5 hours a good value and I didn't have to do it ,I'll be calling these guys again ,Thanks

We needed a leaky faucet replaced asap. I called yesterday afternoon, made an appointment and Sean was here right on time at 9am this morning. Courteous, knowledgeable, efficient, meticulous and done in less than an hour - Sean was great. We could not be more pleased. We are so glad to have found Grier Argall.

Pros: Plumber that came out was nice, did the repair well.

Cons: at 135 an hour I would not expect to get charged for 'travel time' and would similarly not expect it take 30 minutes to get from San Anselmo to Fairfax. At the very least I would expect to get told about that up front, not after the fact when the invoice is getting written up. Was also charged for equipment rental for gear that was in there truck, which seemed like a con.
