I went to Milwaukee Tech for high school and completed the plumbing field in 1994. Right after graduation in June, I started my plumbing apprenticeship. Ever since, I have been involved in the plumbing trade. I have handled everything from hospitals, schools, large retailers to residential homes, which includes new construction, renovation, and maintenance.

After speaking with large commercialized companies and finding that they contract everything out so you have no idea who will be arriving at your home , it was more than refreshing to know that the gentleman that answered the phone, Michael was the one actually coming out to do the work. Unlike the big 1-800 companies he was polite and empathetic to our situation. He came out the day we called, even when we called late in the afternoon and his pricing was more than fair! He made sure that we understood every part of the procedure and was extremely thorough. We cannot thank you enough! You truly made this disaster less traumatic, it's great to know that there are still decent businesses out there that aren't out to rip people off. We have found a plumber for life!
