We were originally told no one was available to take a look at our broken hot water heater for 7+ days (busy time!). But hearing the desperation in my husband's voice, they promised a visit at the end of day! Yea! Jeff came out around 3:00 and lighted the gas pilot light right up (after we couldn't get it to light), then cleaned out the bottom of the tank - and we were in business! Turns out, Jeff is the owner of the company, and wants to keep his customers happy :-). He saved the day - and the week before Christmas! Thank you Jeff Grey! 5 stars!

Grey Plumbing has received multiple rave reviews on here and just wanted to add another one. They replaced our sump pump a year and half ago and it is like the damned thing was possessed. Would work fine and then quit for no seeable reason. After working fine for the past few months, it again decided it didn't want to work. Rather than giving us the run around about it being out of warranty, etc., Jeff Grey called and said they would replace it with a different model. No hassle, no charge. This is the type of company that I appreciate doing business with. Thank you.

Had the guys at Grey Plumbing out to plumbing our master bath remodel. The project got delivered and we had to change up the whole layout. They were so patient and chill about it. They were all very professional and cleaned up after themselves.
