I had to call Greg on a Saturday morning with two of my drains backed up in the basement. He said he'd be over within the hour. He arrived with his assistant and the got their gear downstairs and proceeded to rooter the drain, explaining what they were doing as they went along. Cleared the drain out to the curb and water was flowing as it should. They cleaned things up. For a weekend day the price was extremely reasonable. I highly recommend them.

Here's a short review of my experience with Greg: if you have a problem with a drain, you should seriously call this guy.

Here's a slightly longer review: My basement floor drain backed up one night and I called Greg the next morning, leaving a message on his cell phone. He called me back like ten minutes later and was at my house within hours. He and his partner diagnosed the problem (roots growing into the pipe), repaired it, gave us a schedule for future maintenance, and cleaned up the remained of the water. They were prompt, professional, extremely helpful, accommodating, and out the door for $125.

I have absolutely no complaints at all. Not a thing.

We need our main drain line rooted out about once every two years, due to a huge tree in our front yard that clogs it up with roots. You know, water starts draining slower, then there's that one day where we run a load of laundry and then there's a big puddle around the floor drain. Yuck.

The last guy I called two years ago was kind of a space cadet, and worst of all, he left a stinky mess behind when he was done. Never again!

So this time I found Greg's, and called them. They arrived a little early, and were in and out in about 30 minutes. They left the basement as clean as when they arrived, and most of all, the drain is all clear. Cost was $120, so totally reasonable. He says he doesn't advertise so he can keep his costs down. I'll probably just have him come out every couple of years to do preventative rooting.

All in all, Greg's was totally professional, fast, reasonable, and got the job done. Think I might go run a load of laundry!

Greg just left my driveway, and even though my basement is a mess, I feel better. We had ""that emergency"" in our house. Thankfully, we have family ties to a ""jack of all trades"" type business. They immediately said to call Greg. So we did, and he was over to our house as soon as he could get there.

The simple facts are: Greg knows what he's doing. Greg is about as nice of a man as you will meet. Greg works hard for his money, but he knows you do too (his words), so he likes to charge you a reasonable rate (thanks to not spending any money on advertising). All of his his new business is from referrals - and he deserves it.

Call this man if you have rooter-required problems! You will be thankful. You'll still have your resulting mess to deal with, but Greg will fix the problem so you can be back on your way to normalcy.
