This operation lacks professionalism across the board. Set a repair date with Josh and I agreed to pay travel fee as we live out of their work zone. Two weeks later his grandmother calls me to say they cant come, its too far, ? what? ( I live 30 minutes from their office). 75 years in business, so they say, maybe the work ethic gene skipped over him.
