No follow up. Our shower drain is backed up - yuck. I called Greg Wednesday morning and he said he would be available in the afternoon - ""just give him a call."" When I called at 4pm, he told me he was on another job and it could run into ""overtime rates"" if he came out when he finished. He told me he would call me when he was finished to give me a time. No call. I called Thursday morning to follow-up (only because he came highly recommended) and it went straight to voicemail. It's Friday...still waiting for that call, Greg....

Greg is the man! I called him up and told him about a leak that I am having with the kitchen sink. He immediately diagnosed the problem over the phone and informed me how to fix it on my own. A minute later there was no leak. This guy has a lot of integrity, so any time I will need plumbing help I am definitely going to call him and recommend him to my neighborhood.

Greg is amazing. Called Friday afternoon thinking I wouldn't get a day for him to come till next week and he said he'd be there Sat. That was awesome. Had a washer that was overflowing and he cleared main drain of house and washer till we realized that the washer was shot. He cleared drains and tried for over an hour be for we got it that the washer has had it. Thanks so much for great prompt service. We'll call you again and tell our friends and family.

Don't believe the poor reviews regarding Greg. He just finished at my house and I cannot be more pleased. He was incredibly thorough and would not stop until he was sure all clogs were cleared - even going out to the manhole in the street, lifting it and inspecting the mainline. He was courteous and a pleasure to work with. Having done a drain clearing several years ago with another Marin based plumber and spent close to $1000, I was waiting for Greg to tell me the price. I was amazed at how reasonable he was. He truly cares about customer service versus gouging Marin homeonwners. I wish there were more businesses around like Greg's.

Greg was awesome. I am a professional home inspector, couldn't figure out why my shower was stopped up and my toilet was gurgling. I needed help figuring out what was wrong with my waste system. Greg showed up when he said he would, immediately diagnosed what was wrong and stayed on the job till the project was finished and the problem was solved.

He did a great job and I can not recommend him enough.

I called Greg early in the morning. He couldn't give me an exact ETA but came at the end of his long work day. It was dark and very cold. He made no fuss about working and took care of business. He snaked my drain and found the reason for my clog in the drain from my washing machine. I've had other companies come, snake the drain without looking into the REAL reason. He did such a thorough job without trying to sell me a $350 special clean out job which Other large companies have done. He's not a warm and fuzzy guy on the phone, but when he arrived he did what he advertises. I don't think I will need my drain snaked again for a long time.
I highly recommend his service.

A true craftsman - the Sherlock Holm of drains! Right after I bought my 1980s house, the rains started and I found a waterfall coming out my front drain. Thank goodness Greg was available. In two hours, he removed a 10-foot root clog from my line, dug sand from the main drain box, patched holes in my pipe, and straightened everything out so the water will flow better with gravity. Now I won't cringe every time I check the weather. Thank you Greg!

Greg came the same day we called. He was stacked up with other projects, and actually arrived after his business hours--we weren't even home! By the time we arrived an hour and a half later, the entire job was done (on our delicate Victorian home) AND he had cleaned up all the sewer leakage, leaving the entire site not only fixed, but in better condition than it had been before the job. Super pleasant fellow and we'd use him again in a heartbeat. Almost hate to leave a great review because it might make him even busier. 5 enthusiastic stars.

No less than a week after we moved into our newly purchased home we began to experience backup of sewage into both of our brand new bathtubs; and all on a Saturday morning when family had come over the check out the new house, no less. Yay.

At any rate, after a couple of calls to other plumbers to no avail, we were given Greg's name and although he was already on another job in Belvedere he promised to stop by our place in Novato as soon as he was finished.

Upon his arrival and initial inspection Greg quickly identified a couple of critical issues with our current plumbing including two inexplicably buried cleanouts and major root damage downstream that had caused major backup that hadn't revealed itself until now.

Suffice to say it was a long day for all involved, but when he was finished, our problems were solved and although we were quite certain we'd be paying an arm and a leg to have him resolve the issue, his final price was extremely reasonable and we couldn't have been happier.

We'll definitely be calling up on Greg should we encounter future such issues (fingers crossed) and heartily recommend his services to anyone in a pinch. He's prompt, professional, friendly and gets the job done at reasonable rates. Thanks, Greg.
