Company Overview

Our expertise lies in full kitchen and bathroom remodeling.
Founded in 2004, our family-run business started with tile work and soon evolved into complete kitchen and bathroom remodels.
Born into the construction trade, Greg has deep roots in the industry.
Greg's father, a master plumber, taught him that the foundation of exceptional work and customer relations is built on honesty, respect, and integrity.
Embracing these principles, Greg became a successful Real Estate Broker, focusing on buying, renovating, and selling various properties.
After gaining years of experience in various construction roles, he obtained his Class A VA Contractors License (#2705 113997A) and founded his own construction business.
Greg now directs GNA, delivering general remodeling services to homeowners in the Northern Virginia area.
GNA specializes in residential kitchen and bathroom renovations, along with custom tile installations.

GNA did a great job remodeling the tub area in our bathroom. We removed the old tub and shower enclosure and installed a new tub, subway tiles, shower door and faucets. The work was completed in four days. Each day the installers left the area clean and neat.
The workmanship was top notch. The moisture system behind the tile seems to be a great product and really more important than the cosmetic aspect of the project.
While GNA was more expensive we felt it was definitely worth it. Our neighbor had their bathroom done by another company. The project was started two weeks before ours and now one week after ours was completed they still don't have running water in shower and doors are not installed.
Needless to say we are very happy and recommend GNA to everyone.

GNA are the best contracts in the area. They installed a bathtub and tile on my bathroom floor. They were professional, on time, did excellent work all for a fair price. They are a family run business and treat you like extended family. I would definitely recommend them and will use them for other projects.

Recommend looking elsewhere for contractor. Phone calls and emails were ignored when I tried to report a problem after bathroom remodeling job was completed.

GNA did our full kitchen renovation two years ago and we are very pleased. This is what you want in a home improvement contractor. They were fast, thorough, and able to efficiently handle all the problems that crop up when you gut part of your home.

Oscar Lopez was our installer: The man is a machine!

Vince Winteregg was our very talented designer and handily solved all those ""What-in-the-world-should-we-do-with-THIS-space?"" enigmas.

Dave Norman - Was the expert behind it all and made sure everything went smoothly.

So, yes, two years later we are still happy to recommend them for any kitchen and bath job, large or small.

After researching two other contractors we decided to go with GNA and couldn't be more pleased with the results. They over delivered and exceeded our expectations and executed the complete renovation with precision. Having been career military, this was the first major remodel we have ever done as we never lived anywhere long enough to consider a remodel, so we started the project with some level of trepidation. The demo was done in one day. I mean down to the studs nothing left. The next day wiring, complete new copper pipes, rough in for the new lighting got started. I was amazed at the progress each day. When needed we conferred with the project manager Ken who conveyed our wishes to the nicest two gentlemen and craftsman we have ever met. Remember, to do this right, you are giving these guys the run of you home each day via lock box. They respected our home and were very careful to contain the dust and protect carpet, furniture, etc.
In three weeks to the day, they were done except for the shower glass. To do the new glass properly, all the tile needs to be in to properly measure / template. Takes another two weeks to get the glass but the results are absolutely breathtaking. They painted everything, cleaned everything, and sealed everything. It all worked and nothing leaked. This doesn't happen by accident. Make sure any contractor you hire uses the schluter system. Once you see it go in you'll understand how important it is to seal the shower / tile floor. Stay away from anyone who will just slam tile up with Mastic. GNA even reinforced the sub-floor for the new 400lb claw foot tub. Entire project, including shower glass came in at $35,000. The ""All we do guys"" wanted $54,000. An independent guy said he could do it for $17,000. Do yourself a favor, use GNA!

They renovated my small condo kitchen in December 2012. They completed the whole process in three weeks as promised. Their work was very high quality. I was very pleased with their design. They also took care of the permits with the county and helped me with my extensive condo board approval process.

I later found out that a friend of mine used them to renovate her bath. She was very happy with them, too.

We just renovated our kitchen, and when we were shopping around, we looked at GNA company among five others. They have good customer service, are polite, and have a nice show room with some decent materials. The reason we eventually went with another company is very simple: the price. GNA quoted us a price about 33% higher than the company we ended up hiring, and that was actually for LESS expensive options (e.g. vinyl flooring, not tiled, short cabinets, not tall) than what we could afford with the other company. So, if you have about $20 000 - 22 000 saved for your [small and simple] kitchen, go with GNA. They seem professional and nice enough. But if you are on a tighter budget, shop around.
