When I put in a request on yelp for help with an issue with hot water in our shower, the fastest non robot response was from Greg. He was patient with me and my questions. He was also able to make sure that I not only got an estimate that sounded fair, but that I also got seen immediately by the other guy that works with him (James.) When you see someone on yelp with no reviews yet (at the time most of the reviews were filtered) you feel apprehensive but based on how communicative Greg was I went for it.

James was very knowledgeable and even entertained a few questions I had about potential future jobs. He was expeditious and well prepared for the job (he knew what part I needed and already had it purchased before arriving.) I was very pleased overall and will definitely be hiring them again in the future.

I needed my electric water heater to be replaced very quickly to avoid any water damage to the boiler which was in the same area. I received couple of calls back including a plumbing company i used in the past but their price was much higher than Greg Hill. I was reluctant to hire them because there was no review on Yelp. I searched if they were any post outside of Yelp for any complaints and found none. Greg Hill kept the communication going before i hired them. They came in on time explained what they were going to do. The work was completed within the timeframe they gave me. I could not be happier to have hired them. Their price, communication, on time arrival and completion time was just great. I will highly recommend them but mostly will hire them again for future work. I am still amazed as to why there was no review posted on Yelp.

I noticed late last night that I did not have any hot water and may need to replace my water heater. I found Greg Hill Mechanical through a yelp search for plumbers in the area and sent him a message. He messaged me back first thing this morning. He asked very thorough questions and was able to determine I did need a new water heater. We agreed on a reasonable price, and he showed up this morning with everything he needed to get the job done. After a few hours of work, I now have hot water again!! He and his co-worker were very friendly and professional. They were efficient and meticulous. I will recommend him to anyone who needs a reliable and knowledgeable plumber.
